...Or whatever they are considered. I've noticed they all have mustaches. The first thing I thought when I realized this were those fake disguise mustaches you'll find at a costume store. XD Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just common for those kind of people to have mustaches?

A throwback to the 80s, perhaps. Every man had one. LOL. My dad did! Seriously, I have no idea. Could you see one on the Starscream hologram? I thought he had a mask on.

You can see a small mustache on the Starscream hologram.

I guess it could be an 80's thing. *l* I'm stuck with the thought of the whole comedy disguise thing.

They also looked pretty similar to me, the Police guy and chopper pilot looked the same to me. Although Starscream's hologram wasn't really shown all that much.

The Decepticons all use the same hologram, that's why they all look the same.

Why didn't BB have one? I know, I know, it would've depersonalized him. Still, if I saw a car with no driver on the street, I'd be freaking out a little. And BB's been here a while.

ye i didnt get that either..none of the autobots had them..only the decepticons. but maybe he never really went into society alot to be able to be seen by any humans.

Is it assumed that the 'Cons have better technology? Or is it because they are around Air Force One and are on military bases that they need it?

Yeah, Barricade look like a very police car. In fact, i was wondering: Where did he scanned a ride like that???

Same for Brawl/Devastator, thats no ordinary Abram M1!

That was a pretty, pretty car. It made pretty noises, too. Wonder how GM didn't get that car as well. I'm glad they didn't, cause it worked well as a Saleen.

Obviously BB isn't nearly as vain as the Decepticons. He pretty much scanned the first car he found, while Barricade took the pains of finding an attractive vehicle.

The thing is, Bumblebee needed to be empty in the car lot to attract Sam's attention, and if he went down the streets of LA, he'd be more likely to get attention with a driver that suddenly disappeared. I know if he drove down my street, people would start yelling, "GHOST-RIDIN'!!!"

Well, to answer the mustache question, in the novelization the mustaches are explained as small antennas or some thing like that. I thought they were pretty funny actually.

I don't think there was a point where the autobots needed holograms. The only time that they were just driving was one their way to the dam and I don't think anyone would have seen them at that point and have gone "No driver! AHH!". And any other time I think they were a little preoccupied.
