Decepticons died too easily

I'm suprised that most of them got killed in a matter of seconds. Bonecrusher got stabbed in the head, blackout got shot a couple of times and died, and frenzy practically commited suicide. It's like they're not even trying

Yeah its your typical good VS evil movie. The bad guys get the worst of it.

Still, maybe they'll bring some of them back? Isn't there a rule that says that if their spark isn't hit that they can be revived?

Yeah. In beast machines Megatron took some fallen autobots' sparks and made an army

Well atleast its not like the cartoon where it's just random shooting and no one really gets it, until the movie.

Bonecrusher lost his head, but I believe his spark was not damaged, therefore he could live :-? . Frenzy lost his head before and lived so who knows :???: . As for Blackout, he was hit by multiple F-22 missles and shot directly in his spark by a grenade launcher, therefore he is probably dead, just like Brawl :-x . The decepticons were far superiour to the Autobots that's why they needed human help to defeat them. i.e. Starscream whipping Ironhide and Ratchet at the same time, and Megatron punking Prime all over the city. Notice no autobot even attempted to face Blackout or Brawl one on one.

I'm sure megatron isn't dead, just "sleeping"

Oh come on, it took at least two Autobots plus a bunch of humans to take Brawl down.

And like what was said, Blackout was taken down by multiple missiles.

And Bonecrusher never really stood a chance against the Autobot leader.

I thought the same first time I saw it but after seeing it the second time I saw how much of a fight the 'Cons put up.

I don't necessarily think that it's clear that Brawl and Blackout are actually dead. They took massive damage and went down but could just be out of commission.

Bonecrusher might still live :-? , he only got stabbed in the head.

Brawl died because he his arm was cut off by Ratchet, Jazz kicked off his missles, soldiers shot the crap out of him, and i think ironhide shot him too.

Blackout died because like 20 F-22 missles hit him, and Capt Lennox shot him...

So ... one guy can get the crap shot out of him and be dead, but another can be completely decapitated and still be alive?

Blackout and Bonecrusher seemed to have rather quick deaths. But Brawl was by no means quick or easy. It took nearly every bot and the army to do enough damage to slow him down. And BB finially coming in with the kill shot.

But why would everyone of them last forever? There are always soldiers in every battle that overestimate themselves and end up caught up in the line of fire as little more than cannon fodder. Bonecrusher was no where near the warrior Prime is apparently and lost to the better fighter. Blackout well I guess he though himself invincible to human weapontry after the way the took apart the army base so he had little fear of their weapons until to much damage had been done. They were huge threats but not a big a threat as you would think. Even a tank can be taken out by a single soldier with the right weapon.

Autobots' loss:
-Starscream stunned Ironhide and Ratchet, and took out Bumblebee's legs with just one strafing run.
-Megatron easily tore Jazz in half with his bare hands.

Decepticons' loss:
-A full attack from two A-10s and an AC-130 gave Scorponok a cause to retreat.
-Frenzy held off on his own against three armed humans until he accidentally got hit with his own weapon.
-Optimus Prime decapitated Bonecrusher in one-on-one battle using his sword.
-F-22s and a sneak attack from Lennox took out Blackout.
-Multiple aimed and concentrated shots from the soldiers with Bumblebee to kill Brawl.
-Multiple shots from F-22s to weaken Megatron and was sucker-punched to the chest with the Allspark cube to defeat him.

I wonder who would have lost quicker if teamwork weren't involved...?

KingEmperor speaks the truth. In terms of sheer power, the Decepticons are more powerful in this universe. AND they outnumbered the Autobots. If anything the Autobots are the 'guerilla' freedom fighters, and the Decepticons are the high and mighty war machines.

Brawler & Blackout is way too big for the autobots, only Prime can face them on hand-to hand combat. They should brought Trailbreaker in the first place; Historically, most decepticons are military vehicle & weapons back in Cybertron.

Yeah, it took a Lot to defeat the decepticons, the only one tht was KILLED in a one on one fight was bonecrusher, definitely dead. Barricade took a blast from bumblebee and still managed to be back in the movie later(should have died since he was misteriously left out...)

Brawl got whole clips shot at him, lost a gatling gun thanks to jazz, and an arm thanks to ratchet. Brawl was shot down and got back up. After all the firepower, it still took about five shots from BB to finnaly kill him.

As for sparks, I don't think they need to float away to mean the guy is dead, Jazz ripped in two..
