You know, just a thought - when Michael Bay talks about wanting an aircraft carrier character in the sequel (or a sequel), maybe we'll see some Metroplex action? Metroplex, launching the Airalbots to fight Bruticus or Devastator!

That would be AWESOME! And maybe we could see some Metroplex vs. Tryptocon as well!

Aircraft carrier, yes, but I wouldn't want it to be called Metroplex...

^ It could work. Metroplex was a base. A base that just happened to launch the combiners, specifically the Airalbots.

Think about it. Aircraft carrier = Metroplex, aircraft = Arialbots.

It's a good idea but I cannot see Metroplex being a vessel of any kind. An aircraft carrier would probably need to be named Tidal Wave. Also it would make more since for it to be a Decepticon seeing as they choose Military types forms.

^That or the Autobot by the name of Broadside.

Omega Supreme maybe?

I want the next 'big' Decepticon to be a stealth bomber.

If the aircraft carrier is Autobot it will be Omega Supreme if its decepticon its gonna' be Tidal wave but Why would the put water vehicles in the movie if it again takes place in new york

i have allways said this since the movie(s) were announced..

Maaaaaan that'd be one HUGE protoform to land on Earth. I guess Michael Bay could get in a few more Armageddon references that way :) heheh. Well, if it was a TF that big, maybe it'd land in the ocean and then scan a nearby aircraft carrier. Just a thought. Another thought is that a TF that big would have to be a gestalt(combiner) to begin with. So who knows where they're going to go with that one. I like the Trypticon notion though, it'd look like Godzilla walking out of the ocean. Now that'd be cool.

I agree with the carrier being Omega Supreme. Metroplex has to be bigger than that

hopefully Tidalwave will be it, :d he was awesome minus his dialog. I also hope some armada characters are brought in, mainly smokescreen(grapple) he'd be a great sniper for the autobots.

if he were to use the aircraft carrier, then it would either be Tidalwave, or Trypticon. If he wanted Omega Supreme in it, he might make him a space shuttle.

there are plenty of other shuttles...skylynx, blastoff, astrotrain, and i'm sure there are more that aren't in G1.

Metroplex triple changer?

Robot - Autobot City - Aircraft Carrier

Too complex man. If they're gonna introduce Soundwave with mass-shifting thats gonna be difficult enough.

Unless they are making triple changers the theme of the next movie line (which would rock), then I don't think they will bring it out.

If there is an Autobot Aircraft carrier it should be called Broadside.

But seeing how the movie really just threw whatever names onto whatever "character" I wont be surprised if they call it Seaspray or Topspin or something.

I really hope this idea of the aircraft carrier is followed through on.
And hopefully it's an Autobot.

Because that may increase the chances of getting Devastator!!

im fairly sure that anything the size of a carrier would be unstoppable in this trans universe...i think its a cool idea and all but i cant see it working out on film...i mean how can u seriously think that an army of 40ft bots could stop something atleast 1100 feet tall.

instead of having it a 1100ft bot/con, maybe have it be wide and have 4 legs (and still have 2 arms), so that it maybe be smaller, if u widen it it might shave off a few hundred feet

Yeah, I see what you're sayin'...
But maybe when transformed into a bot, the length/height is lessened.
Although he would still be ridiculously big.
Then again, there have to be at least a few different sizes for aircraft carriers, right?
