Christmas would seem more logical, but I say the sooner the better.

October seems a little too soon. It's only 3 months after the movie came out. I'm thinking the DVD will arrive sometime at the end of November maybe the beginning of December at the latest.

Uh, thats very unlikley. Usually its 5 monthes after the movie comes out in theaters (unless its REALLY bad, which in the case... no).

I am registered on a site shall we say "close" to Mr. Bay and the official movie forums and right now the earliest and I will say NOT official dvd release date is sometime in November.
Right now it is looking like November possibly even December for a release, they are pretty much wrapping up dvd extras as we speak.

I'm gonna skip all the 2 hours boring human stuff.

Get right into the less than 30 minutes action.

And play it frame by frame until it bloats into 4 hours.

I think around Christmas time would be a rather 'Optimum' [pun intended] time to release the DVD. It would be a major seller if the silver screen is any indication.

Oh, for the love of... Am I the only one who thinks the parts with the humans don't suck? Humans and TFs together, that's even better, though.

One reason I liked the movie so much is I was suprised how much I did like the human parts.

yes i thought some of the humor in it was awesome, i think the funniest moment ive seen in an action film was when the dude ran through the glass door and got tackled into the pool screaming something like "i didnt do it" or "im innocent" lol so funny :D

There were some nice human scenes. But a lot of human scenes were boring, too dragging and insignificant. Blown out of proportion. Probably to save on cost. The TF CGI were not easy to make, and cost a lot of time and money.

Front paged and credited the confirmed reports, but the release date in the initial post is not confirmed (and doesn't even sound likely), so please only pay attention to the confirmed release dates in the UK and Spain.

It'll be out just in time for Christmas with a billion different limited versions I bet.

Some that are just the movie, some with a bonus disc, a collectors box with notes and cells and whatnot, and maybe even some with a bonus figure, or a shirt.

But, only time will realy tell, still, I'm betting heavy on the obvious Christmas release.
