Everyone.. check this out.. this is just sickening... look how many 08 Bumblebee's this person has... meanwhile, we have fans and kids everywhere without .... Glad none of 'em are selling..

Sorry, not very many laws exist for that either. Those that do tend to target event tickets.
There is nothing illegal in what this guy is doing. Just immoral. Best course of action, ignore them.

In some emergency situations, such as calamity or natural disaster, i think it is illegal to horde food and other vital supplies when they run low, and then sell them at a killer price.
It's like that here. We're in an emergency. Everybody is desperately in need of BB 08. Then this guy gathered all these crucial items, that can spell the life-and-death of a TF fan, and horde them. Then sell it at a price that costs you a limb.
