Well, the unthinkable has happened folks.

Transformers has passed The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring on the all-time domestic movie gross, putting it in the top 20 most money making movies of all time!!

How accurate is Box Office Mojo? I see they have Transformers at #10 for the Worldwide openings.

I dont see what is so great about the domestic gross. The opeing is always nice to boast about, but if Transformers only replied upon the deomestic total, there would not be a sequel. The worldwide gross is far more important.
