Walmart and Target DVD calrification needed....

I have read numerous posts about the multitudes of extras included on the upcoming DVDs, but the main two I care about SEEM to be coming from Walmart and Target.. I think.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Walmart is the ONLY version that will contain an animated prequel comic narrated by Optimus Prime on the disc, correct?
And Target will be the ONLY version to contain an exclusive comic book (non-animated) on-pack...?
Are there any other such extras located around? Man I'm so lost....

Target has a transformable DVD case...
Best Buy also has the exclusive Metallic Repaints of Voyager Class Megatron & Ratchet... (These are not part of a DVD purchase pack, but -I think- a seperate purchase of $19.99)

Does anyone know what the content of the exclusive Target TF comic is? Is it just the movie comics collected in one book? Or is it entirely new art?

I'd like to know as well.. and WHERE exactly is the special movie prequel animated comic being sold at?
