So with the TF movie coming tommorrow, a few years ago when i was working at blockbuster video it seemed like walmart broke street date, ate the fine, and put out movies the day or 2 before they were set to release.

Any chance they will throw out TF today when i have time to go pick it up?

No. The fines now aren't worth the extra sales. You occasionally find a Wal-Mart that breaks street date, but not because they do it on purpose. It's usually a clueless stock person that can't read the "Street Date October 16th" signs all over the pallet.
