There is another exclusive item to add to the now monumentous list of store-exclusive merchandise being given away with the new Transformers Movie DVD. It seems Lawson Japan will be, for 8990 Yen, an exclusive Voyager Blackout repaint, in a more movie-faithful colour scheme. The figure comes with a more accurately detailed mini-Scorponok figure, and a set of Autobot and Decepticon insignias. All with the single-disc edition of the Transformers Movie DVD, to be released in Japan on December 19th.

You know that Blackout figure's going to end up on eBay for umpteen hundreds of dollars...

Can't tell too much about Blackout from that tiny picture. Scorp looks much better though.

Well, without shipping, the figure/dvd set is up to $77.00.

Now that is an exclusive that would tempt me. But not for that price. If FB is right with that translation.

Scorponok looks more accurate, but Blackout doesn't.

It's cause they know some of us will buy all the US and imports just for the exclusives, even thou we already have a copy.
