Target.com BONED me! Wrong movie version! Rant-ish

So I pre-ordered the 2-disc movie from Target.com about a month ago, and was pleasantly surprised to hear they would be selling the transforming case version. Well, the damn thing showed up today and it's just the plain 2-disc version, plain case!
I guess it's Amazon.com that provides Target.com's DVDs, which I did not realize when I ordered. Now I have to pray they have the exclusive version in the store today at lunch.
Has anyone tried to buy it at a Target store only to find it's sold out? God I hope not, I'm gonna spaz if I can't get it today!

Not to be an ass but that should have been pretty obvious. The transforming edition is more than the standard 2-Disc. And unless it says it's the transforming case, you shouldn't assume anything. But to answer your question, you should have no problem finding it in stores still.

It's all good, went to Target (Woodridge, IL) and picked it up, they had lots of them. Grabbed Robot Heroes BB and Barricade set, too, because I'm an addict and can't stop myself. My wife is gonna get a retraining order keeping me out of all Target stores, I swear.
Sorry for the hysterics. It's awesome BTW. Tallest Prime ever!

They must have restocked in the meantime, I was there at 9:30

Always, ask the stockers. They are usually fan boys too. Just don't be pushy and most will actually go and look for you.

I could see that happening. I've learned not to go to my local targets until about 1pm as they do not restock at night... they do it during the morning hours.

I went to my target and was scared when i saw empty spaces with transformers labeled on em.
then i turned around and there was a big row of transforming cases. and that was just the transforming case.
turns out those empty spaces werent filled with 1 disc editions yet.
