I Wish They Had Corrected Brawl’s Name On The DVD
Posted: Sun Oct 21, 2007 11:14 amBy all accounts, the tank in the movie was suppose to be named Brawl. Devastator was a cover name which accidentally got left in.
Devastator holds such a place of reverence in Transformers being the first and best designed combiner. I was looking forward to seeing the true Devastator in a squeal, but now they'd used the name (they also used Bonecrusher which was one of the Constructicons). They'll have to use a different name now and it just won't be the same.
