Have any of you wondered? Well, from what I've heard, it's Bonecrusher. I find this both not surprising AND surprising. He also named his new dog Bonecrusher as well... Go figure...

I thought it was Frenzy and Optimus.

I'd say, Bay's favorite must be Frenzy. They both look alike.

I don't think Bay even likes TF's. He's always saying in interviews how bad the cartoon was. Shame on him.

I would've agreed with you a few years ago, but I started watching G1 eps in anticipation of the movie and truth is, that series has not aged well.

And after those 2 it has to be Frenzy. He was the only Decepticon with lots of screen time.

Some of the episodes didn't age well, it's true. However, the original cartoon has alot of great episodes that will always be at the pinnacle of TF story-telling. At least for me. :D

As a kid, I loved Transformers. However, I do remember that I was nine years old. Thus, upon viewing the original series as an adult in his early 30s, I have found that the series does not hold up to the test of time; at all, not in the least. ...and then I recalled that Transformers was, and will always be, a tie-in for Hasbro to sell awesome toys. There's nothing wrong with that; the toys are epic.

Yet, in hindsight, the writers for Transformers (the movie, 2007) are friggin' geniuses compared to the crew that wrote the original cartoon series (and all subsequent series). Bay may be a cornball in the corniest way possible but even he couldn't have 'put up' with all of those awful 'auto parts' cliche bits of dialogue that were utilized to death in G1.

To you, but to sane people Beast Wars and Beast Machines were the shows to watch for an actual story :P
