Perhaps, hollywood loves a good plot divice, so I wouldn't be surprised if they used this.

well, according to the new "allspark power" line, optimus absorbs the cube and has possesses all of its power. like the ability to destroy and create things with his mind!

if they use that story in any way in TF2, i will shoot myself.

I had heard that according to the official "Allspark Power" line story, Optimus absorbs the cube and possesses the power to make an even softer and fluffier Charmin toilet paper than ever before.

Damn! Ya bet me to it!

First thing I thought when I saw that scene in the theater: "Ah, so the shard will be used to make the Matrix"

I wonder if the writers will rethink the whole Matrix idea. I read somewhere that basically the Allspark was kind of a "Creation Matrix" but they decided to not use the term matrix because they were worried that people would associate it or confuse it with the Matrix series.

Ooh, will it be quilted with little Autobot symbols? No, no, it'd have to be Decepticon symbols because... well, toilet paper, yanno...

Actually the rough stuff that falls somewhere in between leaving splinters and 150 grit sandpaper is more of a decepticon thing. Soft fluffy stuff is more like an Autobot made item.

Now if I can just find a kitbashed toilet that looks like Shortround...

You could market it as Commodicon. I'm sure you'd be flush with success.

How about this guy? He was created by Ben Procter, the guy that did a lot of the movie designs. I found him on his website along with Fumi Gator, members of the Septicons. Dare I say "Gump" for TF2?

When I first saw Gump I thought about that episode of Robot Chicken that looked into where the 80's cartoon stars are now and what they are doing. Soundwave now has a new alt mode for his job as a carnival Port-A-John.

just please god let's not get the end to the movie series to be like "The Matrix." Maybe they'll revitalize the name that when uttered makes me cringe... Matrix.....

WHY REVOLUTIONS?!! WHY!!!!!???? Sorry... bad memories....
