Explanation To The Major Loop Holes In Transformers Movie...

Since there are a couple of rather... noticable loop holes that make you want to scratch your head. Well, here's MY explanations... :-?

1. Scorponok Dissapears Throughout Movie- After the battle with the villagers and after the air strike bombing, he simply burrows into the ground in retreat. I think that he just hid away for some time to lock his loose armor into place, etc. This loop hole is simply tricky, mainly because that this shouldn't be considered to be a loop hole. He simply retreated.

Explanation- Scorponok just retreats and hides and doesn't come out. :-B

2. A 2008 Camaro Casually Drives In A Public Area- I think this is the easiest loop hole to solve. I think that all it was doing was doing a test drive. They do this sometimes with new cars. Some may not agree with me (so post any toasty comments), and I understand, but I REALLY think that all it was, was a test drive through a city.

Explanation- It was a test drive :-B

3. Barricade Dissapears- The most infamous loop hole. It was SUCH a loop hole that it seemed like a blooper or they forgot to add a scene. Well... one of the only explanations that I can come up with that it was a bloody "Exclusive" kind of thing. Yeah, that's right, go ahead and laugh. But if you think about it, every other Transformers Movie adaptation has the scene in which he gets hauled across the free-way and into speeding traffic. But that isn't the ONLY explanation I have. This one is much better. I think he went and hid. He simply was secretely assigned to continue to spy or something. I don't know, I'm just spit-balling, here.

Explanation(s)- He dies, but is only seen dead in comic and book (unless there are others. The other one is that he went and hid. :???:

But that's my explanations. Peace out-

A question, when the stasis pods start crashing to earth in the movie, who is the autobot who crashes into the ballpark?
Jazz?

I can only infer that Ironhide lands in the pool, Optimus lands in the open field before he scans the truck passing by, Ratchet of course lands in the shop and scans an emergency vehicle who is dispatched to check on the meteor landing(stasis pod)so...who is it?

By rule of elimination that leaves Jazz at the Ballpark.

Nooo... I thought it was this...

Feild- Prime
Pool- Ironhide
Shop- Jazz
Ball Park- Ratchet

It makes sense since an ambulance is near a ball park. Also, Jazz was seen on top of a car dealership store and there were trees in background since they said there was something in the trees.

Ratchet lands in the shop. The kid/s are in a cafe next door to it, and come running out. Then the emergancey vehciles show up.

Prime landed in the field right out in the open

Ratchet landed in by the cafe in the middle of the street

Ironhide landed in the pool

And Jazz landed in the baseball stadium

In the cafe scene, didnt Ratchet burow through that building to avoid being seen?

The 2008 Camaro is not such a big deal to me. What bothers me is that Megatron's lifeless body is suddenly missing limbs in the final scene.

What I want to know is how BB got his legs back.

Well there is the glaringly obvious "Ratchet fixed him up".

"Then why couldn't he fix Jazz up huh huh?"

Because Jazz was beyond repair.

Yes folks, sometimes the simplest explanations really do answer the most perplexing of questions.

Why does it make sence to you that a ambulance would be near a ball park?????

I hope Ratchet fixes legs better than he does vocalizers. Bumblebee was probably legless for a good couple of months or so.

I bet Bumblebee just grew a pair of legs back because he ate all his vegetables.

Maybe one was called out to the ballpark after misunderstanding someone saying that a team wasn't going to make it to the playoffs because they were choking.

There was nothing wrong with BB's vocaliser, it was all psychological trauma that he couldn't deal with until he saw Megatron defeated.

Huh, when did that come up in the movie? Was it disclosed in a an interview or on a special feature? Why didn't they just explain that then?

Joking? No. That's my theory and i'm sticking to it because it actually gives a bit of depth to the movie.

Not some "yeah, Ratchet hit him with his laser doohickey and voila, done, all fixed, just ignore the fact he doesn't talk after that until the end of the movie" excuse that the writers try to feed you.

In the prequel novel, it is revealed that Bumblebee lost his vocal processor in the raging war of Tyger Pax and Megatron ripped out his vocal processors.

Therefore, "There was nothing wrong with BB's vocaliser, it was all psychological trauma that he couldn't deal with until he saw Megatron defeated" makes sense.

The novelization on the screenplay also explains what happens to Barricade and why he didn't show up in the downtown battle, the extended BB/Barricade battle (which is AWESOME and would have looked great on screen)......but doesn't explain how BB's legs are fixed. I'm re-reading the prequel novel now, and then the movie novelization.

my theory on bumblebee's vocalizer repair is delayed reaction to his exposure to the allspark(frenzy had only recently been damaged where as bb had been dealing with severe damage that had never been properly tended to from several thousand years prior)

So Rachet can rebuild legs from scratch, but can't put two pieces of an ally back together? :???:

There are usually emergency vehicles stationed at stadiums and some other large venues so that response time is better. Its not to big of a stretch but I think the novel does give a breakdown of who, what, where, when, why, and how.

The vehicles could be stationed there, the lights could have been on because the event got out earlier in the night. Or they could be stationed nearby.

And the light could have been ont because they were laying new turff.......to many ifs.And we do get a good view of the stadiums sournding area and we dodnt see a single ambulance it the area.As for being nearby.....anything is possible theres one outside my house right now.

But ither way we see Ratchet pull away from where he landed near the shop. The ambulance that drives away from the shop has a Autobot symble on it.
