- Avatar: The Last Airbender "The Burning Earth" – THQ, Inc.
- Bee Movie Game – Activision

This is a travesty. All these games are crap. Including Transformers.

The game was awful, but it's undeniably eye-candy

Wow. Critics, critics. I actually liked the TF game, it was rather well put together, minus the wonderful human animation. Blah.
But seriously, those other games....W.T.F?

the game had it's good points and bad just like the movie but overall I was pleased with it, this time around they gave us the option to play as decepticons and autobrats rather than just autobrats like in the armada game.
I liked the armada game a lot actually but playing only as the cliche autobrats to save the day in the end gets a little too boring for me.

I liked the game and its nice to see its getting the recognition it deserves. To tell you the truth i had more fun playing the game then watching the movie.

well, Ratatouille had amazing emotion in the film, I don't think Transformers would win against it, even though Transformers was probably harder.

You're kidding right? This has to be an award for crap games.
Avatar? Bee movie? Ratatouille?

Is this for movie adaptations only or what? The "animation" in these games are crap compared to the stuff out there today. Hell, Super Mario Galaxy has better graphics LOL.

I can only guess that someone judged exclusively on the basis of the FMVs, since the game itself and its graphics are not particularly good. It's so odd what gets passed over for awards like these. I guess I don't mind the franchise of my fanship getting the nomination, though I didn't consider even the FMVs all that spectacular.

well the intro FMV had kickass animation, the whole thing during Prime's voiceover...i agree the cutscenes werent anything amazing but that intro...god....if only the whole game had looked like that.

Super Mario Galaxy could thrash all four of those combined and then some. Hell, Galaxy could easily thrash most games on the market right now, but lets not get into that.

And by 'Best Animated Game', they mean 'Most Tolerable to Play', right? Because, you know, all movie games are crap. All of them. No exceptions, even with Transformers. All of them. Crap. Why is this even a category?

Though I'd much rather prefer Transformers to win, as I've heard some decent feedback about it. Not enough feedback to make me go and buy it, but enough to tell me that its far more deserving than Bee Movie. Though to tell you the truth, that Avatar game really didn't look to bad...

Transformers The Game is one of the worst video games I have ever played. Terrible controls, transformations that kill momentum, physics that would no-doubt make Einstein spin in his grave, and levels comprised entirely of "Do this five times while beating the clock," all combine to form the video game gestalt, "Bargain-Tron"

Did any of you actually play the game? I don't know about the other versions, but the PC one totally ROCKS!!! (Especially if you use cheat codes!)

In fact, the only thing I was disappointed about (for all of five minutes) was that you can't be Bonecrusher or Brawl. (Or Frenzy and Ratchet, for that matter.)
