I'm pretty psyched about this. Can't wait to pick it up. I wonder if Wal-Mart will carry it...

I actually got mine two days ago... for those interested, the novel is still listed as being by Alan Dean Foster, with an inside credit stating "based on a story by David Cian."
So far I'm only about 100ish pages in, but it's clear that most of the work had to be Cian, as there are refrences to The Ark and The Nemesis, and Foster has already admitted that he didn't do any research for the book itself, other than reading the screenplay...
I don't know how to do spoiler tags, so I won't give any spoilers.

$7 is pretty cheap, but 304 pages is a decent length, is the writing font huge, or is it somewhat a normal size?

The actual page count is 286 (the rest of the pages are advertising). The number of text pages from that is then reduced again as there's usually a blank page between chapter breaks (16 chapters). The size of the text on the page is "average," though when compared to the text size used in the other TF novels, the text is slightly larger in "Ghosts."
I'm about half-way through it, and so far my major "hmm" factor has been due to the fact that most of the dialogue makes the TFs (both Autobot and Decepticon) sound like Frasier.

I got my copy not four hours ago. I'm trying to pace mysekg because whenever I get a new book I'm excited about I usually finish it within one to two days depending. I want to make this one last a couple days. So far it's good.

couldn't find it at Wal-mart. It'll take a good few days before it gets to Ohio.
