anyone who signs this petition would solomly swear they want cheetor (and possibly rhinox) in TF2, anyone who signs this petition thinks cheetor is awsome or a good character (and possibly rhinox).
so BW and or BM fanboys/grils sign this!

First off they won't translate well, second it just aint ever gonna happen, third, I'd rather see RatTrap!

Awesome characters as the Beat Wars had, they would not be good for the movie. Hell if I could I'd pull BlackArachnia out of Animated too!

These characters where teir own thing and should be left that way.

Optimus, "Uh, hmm, what's another line I can pull out of 1984? Oh yeah 'I stay out of domestice situations'"

Cheetor, "You got it BigBot!"

Rhinox, "Yep"

If he were a yellow motorcyle or similar small superfast vehicle, yeah I could accept him being called Cheetor.
Then again, we've already got Bumblebee as the yellow youngster of the gang and the most likely candidate for a motorcycle TF is Arcee, considering her popularity and completed CGI designs.

Rhinox could be a huge construction vehicle, I guess.

i was actually thinking of cheetor being bumblebee's old freind and rhinox being his mentor. i am ok with cheetor being a motorcycle and rhinox being a construction vehicle, i would buy a motorcycle cheetor. all posts saying its imposible would be counted as spam. bumblebee didn't realy act like a youngster in the movie and was definently acted mature in the game.and one last word, who needs arcee?

Cheetor's not needed. He was never that great of a character anyway. Make a petition for Jetfire!

Cheetor is too much of a "kid". The way he talks, acts, and be irresponsible.

It fits in nicely to the Beast Wars story.

But not too much in any other TF storyline. Especially not the movie.

Rhinox can fit in better. But he'll need major overhaul first.

I'm not a g1 byest,I like cheetor and I love Beast Wars, I'm just saying a new character makes more sence than a character similar to bumblebee. Besides, the autobots need a flyer!

The Animated did show how weak 5 Autobots were against a single flying Decepticon.

If not for Starscream's cockiness, and carelessness, the 5 Autobots (which includes Prime) never stood any chance against him. Starscream, upon possession of the Allspark, should have flown away instantly. Simple.

Please don't report them. it's a waste of our time as we're not going to do anything about it. This is a public discussion thread and since I don't see your name as a mod, you can't tell people not to post in it. People have every right to say who they want or don't want to see in the movie, and there are many who don't think that the Beast Wars characters should stay away from the movies entirely. Besides, given how they've changed around the attitudes of several of the G1 homages, you probably wouldn't like what you see if there is a character named Cheetor in TF2

people wan't sunstreaker in the movie and he looks almost exactly like bumblebee in altmode, people say sunstreaker is possibe but not cheetor. the movie is called TRANSFORMERS, not TRANSFORMERS G1. i think tfs from all different transformers seireses should be in the film trilogy. and about the autobots need a flyer, cheetor has jet turbines.

No thanks. Cheetor's so similar to Bumblebee he'd be redundant. And there's no place for Rhinox in the films as well.

Bumblebee is a lot more serious and mature than Cheetor.

He doesn't call Prime "Bigbot". He just kept silent.

Thats in cheetah mode, Jetfire is an acutal jet, which means he can sustain arial combat. Most people don't wanna see a flying cat take on a Raptor.

That will be wild cat vs chicken legs.

And we are not G1 biased. You are Beast Wars biased.

Think about it. You want your favorite characters on the screen, despite the multitude of reasons why they just don't fit.

Animals, whether organic looking, or technorganic, would be weird for people. Scorponok in part 1 worked, and I can see a cat autobot along the same vein, but not as a major character, just for a fight scene. But I wouldn't call that action scene only Autobot cat Cheetor. I'd call him Steeljaw. However, that's not what you're asking. You want him as a main character, which wouldn't fly.

They've been done. Cheetor is the kid, which we have already in Bumblebee (unless the get him wrong, which his voice at the end sounded like they might). Rhinox is the tough guy who is also the doctor. Been done already with Ironhide and Ratchet.

A flying cat with jet turbines on his sides is not going to replace (as the Autobots' main air guy) Jetfire, or even Powerglide. Actual jets, that don't look silly in action.

And to top it all off, as if that wasn't enough, their names are silly. Cheetor sounds like Cheeto. Hell, I think of Chester Cheetah when I think of Cheetor. I cannot bring myself to take it seriously outside of BW, which was a cartoon. Rhinox is not silly per se, but compared to names from other series', G1, Armada, RiD, Energon, Cybertron, and even Animated with Bulkhead, Rhinox is dumb. Michael Bay wouldn't go for it in a million years. He refused to rename Devastator back to Brawl after the licensing confusion because he liked the name better. Now you think he's gonna go with Cheetor and Rhinox?

Face it. You're the one with the bias, not us. We look at a movie like this and say "what is reasonable to expect in terms of cool Michael Bay action, that the bone-head mass audience would take seriously for 2 hours?" Robot animals with blatantly cartoony names don't spring to mind. What springs to mind are heavy vehicles, sports cars, and jets. We gravitate to G1 names because they're tried and true. Why call the yellow kid robot Hot Shot when you can call him Bumblebee? Bumblebee reasonates with more people. Hot Shot would not. Therefore, we chose G1 over a more recent series. Not because we like G1 better, but because it makes more sense.

You can't have your favorites. Few people did, and I'd hate to be one of the millions of Jazz fans right now. My favorites are G1 Fort Max and G1 Scorponok. And I got my wish for Scorponok. Except, I actually didn't, because it wasn't cool Headmaster Scorponok a.k.a. Lord Zarak. And I wouldn't have expected them to do that either, and asking for it would have been pointless and dumb. And no Fort Max either. And I don't want him there. If they use the name, cool, but I don't expect in a million years to see him done right in these movies.

Good points LZ! But we know tf2 is not written yet. We have the writers to thank for that.
