My concerns came when I read the latest Lil Formers comic.
This time it dident seem like a parody anymore...This comic seemed more to me like a editorial cartoon. Could it be that the writers strike is affecting the production of TF 2?

June 2nd is the deadline for the writers strike to be over before it really impacts the next movie, there is also an actors strike coming soon to contend with but Bay has recently stated he may be writing the movie too if the strike is not over with soon.

Have to agree with Galvatron there, why judge now before you've even read it for yourself, a TF script he made himself( Bay)?

Bay could write a cool script for the sequel if he does so, or write a turkey of a sequel. Time will tell...But let's not judge immediatley here.

I'm not trying to judhe quickly here.
I just think that really Bay dosent have the right sort of mentality to write a TF movie.
But of course...time will tell.

A lot of people thought the first one was "sucky" too but look what it managed to accomplish despite all the haters and so on.

I'm not saying it was perfect by any measure but it was a good start to the franchise and hopefully they'll learn from some of the mistakes of the first one and do better.

As far as regrets go though I have few and seeing the first one multiple times in the theaters and Imax was not one of them so I'll reserve my judgment when I see the final product on screen and not make any snap decisions just because so and so is writing it.
