hi there, i'm new to the forum, but i've been browsing it for a few weeks. I was wondering what vehicles everyone wants to see the transformers cruise around as for the sequel. i heard something about an aircraft carrier, but it may have been a rumor. heres my list

Decepticons:
-v-22 osprey
-uh-60 blackhawk helicopter (or bring Blackout back!)
-a-10 warthog
-ah-64 Apache helicopter
-amphibious tank or APC
-c-17 globemaster (or some other huge plane)
-the aircraft carrier (c'mon, it would be HUGE!)

Autobots:
-el camino (LoL)
-fire engine
-a certain blue and white convoy......

an aircraft carrier would be pretty wicked....

A stealth bomber for Soundwave! Would kinda look like the TF Cybertron character and you could use the bombs for Ravage, laserbeak, Rumble and Frenzy!

thats not a bad idea, i always did like that mode for him in Cybertron.

Barring that, Ultra Magnus could be done as an armored military transport a la TF:Animated.

As for other TFs...
I want to see one that turns into a nuclear submarine.

yeah, they definetly need more boats and submarines, at least a battleship or something.

The only problem is the size.
Optimus Prime is a semi-truck in alt, and he's a pretty tall robot.
Now imagine how many semi-trucks would fit inside a nuclear sub or a battleship.

Such a large TF would undoubtedly make Michael Bay go the way of X-Men 2 -- namely the Autobots and Decepticons unite against a common enemy.
I'm not saying that would be a bad plot, but I'm not not saying it either.

Uh-oh... psychic vision... *grooooooan*...

I see myself watching Transformers 2.

Starscream is attempting to take over the Decepticons.
Scorponok and some of the more loyal D-Cons are mutinying and trying to raise Megatron from the Lorentian Abyss.
They succeed and rebuild Megatron as Galvatron -- a massive battleship Transformer.
Then Galvatron goes haywire and starts laying waste to Autobots, Decepticons, human cities, and the universe in general.
Then Optimus Prime and Starscream have to team up to stop big bad Galvatron.
But in the end, Starscream betrays the Autobots, killing Optimus.
Ultra Magnus then assumes the mantle of leadership and does not give it Hot Rod like a whiney little girl.
Oh, and Galvatron is actually killed by Nightbird, a Transformer built by humans, because y'know... giant robots can't do a darn thing without us fleshlings.

Whoa... that was a pretty long vision...
What'd I say?

what would be wrong with having massive transformers? theres no rule that prime has to be the tallest. he wasn't even the tallest in the first movie. Having massive decepticons just means they need to put more autobots in the plot so they can defeat them, so having massive transformers means we get to see more transformers.....win win situation.

Nothing wrong with massive Transformers at all.
Not in my book, anyway.

I'm just saying that our dear Mr. Bay might get a little carried away with such a development.

Not that he's into over-the-top type stuff, though...

Aircraft carrier will be too big.

I prefer to see more varieties of land vehicles. Less airborne machines.

That way, there will be more limitations to their powers. And the action will be more fun.

What about the hip tht the people use to dispose of the decepticons at the ending?it could be used for Tidal Wave.If so,the plot could be tht when starscream fled,Tidal Wave was disgusted at starscream's cowardness.So,Tidal Wave transforms,kill everyone on his back.he quickly took Megatron's body and fled to space.Would tht be ok?

shouldn't tidal wave be an aircraft carrier?

i dont want to see megatron till the end of TF2 or the beginning of TF3, or hopefully not at all.

and i want to see how starscream manages the decepticons

and i want to see OPTIMUS PRIME DIE!!!!!!!!!!! that bastard

i wonder if we will see unicron and primus?

do you mean halo warthog?cause that would be sweet!!!!the aircraft carrier should be tidal wave.

It would be interesting to see how they would try to incorporate dino-modes into the Movie, considering how big blending in was. But dino-modes in a live-action movie like that...would be awesome.

IMAO Primus and Unicron would just wreck things no planetformers

I want to see Soundwave... Whether he's some sort of aircraft or vehicle, as long as he has a similar head, voice, and personality.
AND, personally, I know he's not known as one of the toughest Decepticons,
imo he deserves to be a badass... To the point that whatever happens in this movie, he survives. And he needs to have at least 1 of his sidekicks...

I also want to see the Constructicons.
Again, I understand they won't look G1-ish, that's alright.
I'd like Bonecrusher to be revived, have a new alt mode, and the rest of the crew to have very similar "destroy everything, especially Autobots" type of attitudes.
And yes, I want them to form some kind of Devastator.
Although Bay would probably name him "Bruticus".

So how do you fit them into the story without Devastator destroying everything and most of the Autobots?
Well first, I wouldn't mind seeing him destroy a few Autobots.
Second, I think the story could involve an element where the Constructicon's skills as builders, etc. are needed.
Whatever task this is, cannot be completed by Devastator.
I'd want to see him merge at least 3 times in the movie,
once being at the end for an awesome last battle scene.

THEN, as he is killing off a few Autobots (at the end),
the Dinobots show up, damage Devastator to where he has to separate and flee, and the end gives us a great battle scene, the end of some characters, and the introduction of others...
For a 3rd movie.
And for a lot of us fans, more action figures to collect.

Some of the alts i've seen here are sweet but personaly i wanna see the seekers mabey have tc and sw be the new joint strike fighter.
The one that is a multiple service platform. This could be the alts for the cone heads as they where all distinct vtol for Thrust air force model for Ramjet navy model for Dirge. A B2 for Sky fire
the new Gtr Skyline should make the cut mabey a drift car for Smokescreen. I could go on and on about this but leave it as is for now.
