While in Walmart today looking for Bacon I came across the Lunchables Maxed Out which I usully ignore.
Then I noticed movie Megatron on the cover along with Win a transformers limited edition Transforming Poster
I picked the box up and on tha back is movie Bumblebee
with facts of the movie printed on the back
As I said on a long forgotten thread I posted here months ago
Moichendising Moichendising there is where the real money from the movie is made
This and Pepsi know we need the cereal manufacturers to get involved:P

I just hope and pray that Hasbro is not repeating the same mistake like they did with Star Wars: Episode 1 by saturating the market with Transformers products...

Transforming poster? Let me guess: by 'transforming,' they mean 'folding,' right?

Oh, good grief. I know Transformers has been, at its heart, about merchandise, but this is delving into the category of "just plain silly."

I remember a Lunchables TV spot where the club house transformed into a robot. I wonder if they will make a new spot like that to incorporate the movie.

I thought that Pepsico owned the Oscar Meyer brand...they always seem to do marketing together (Pepsi and Lunchables)and other Pepsi products are in the Lunchables (Capri Sun, Pepsi, Nestle). I suppose this is just an extension of the Pepsi marketing plan for the Transformers movie.
Everytime I turn around this movie gets bigger and bigger. Just how big is it going to get? I don't care...I think it's great. Part of being a fan is wanting to share what you enjoy with others...as long as others come to enjoy the TF's as much as we do then this movie will be a success.

Oscar Meyer is owned by Kraft Foods. Pepsi is part of PepsiCo. As far as I know, Kraft is NOT a subsidary of PepsiCo. They just do promotions together.

Slacker! How dare you not type up the facts

(I'm kidding)
Yeah, I loved them too, until i discovered they were better warm, and the school doesn't have a community Microwave.
Cool
EDIT: Does this mean we're going to get an Weineroblie TF

Too late, we have keychains, BK toys, Beatmix line, Fast Action Battlers, I Can Read books, Sector 7 toys AKA Transformers Hasbro can't get rid of, waterguns, transforming nerf like guns, need I go on? I remember a post somewhere and I can't remember who said it but it went like this "A thing that can't transform is not a Transformer." Haven't posted this much since real Transformers news has been out.

Never ate one before. But, I am sure it will be better than balogna sandwiches- and I get some Transformers stuff to boot. Makes for a nice change.
