Steve Jablonsky, who composed the score for the 2007 Transformers movie has received two BMI Film & Television Awards for his work as a composer on the Transformers movie as well as his work on the TV Show Desperate Housewives, as reported in an article by BusinessWire. Well, I don't care at all for Desperate Housewives on any level. Still, since I collect plastic transforming robots, I shouldn't judge... Mr. Jablonsky deserves this award ; that score is beautifully crafted, and listening to it never gets old for me.

I personally thought that it was a beautiful score. And I still want to know what the heck language is in the Decepticons track, and/or what they're saying!

I thought the score was pretty good. Michael Bay's absolute lack of talent means that his movies have to be propped up by slo-mo shots, fancy special effects, and music. Transformers being a complete piece of garbage, the music and the effects had to be exceptionally good, and I think they were.
