You remember they were shooting at some industrial site set in "China" and there was a police car that looked identical to Alternators/Binaltech Prowl?
Well I was thinking. What if it wasn't actually Prowl, but a sort of in-joke or, in fact, a way to sell the Alternators toy the same way a lot of non-transforming vehicles in the first film were made into TFs. For example, the military S7 jeeps were turned into a TF (whose name escapes me).
I'm thinking that maybe that "Prowl" cop car is just a way to sell either the Alternators or, maybe, the Universe Prowl toy. And I'm wondering if other toy-only vehicles'll be turning up in it. It'll save Hasbro from designing a heap of new Transformers based on random vehicles in the film, if they can instead have the film advertise already existing Transformers.
