Amid the usual AICN banter, I learned a few things from that talkback:
A few folk were saying it was fake because of something about the credits at the bottom, but someone eventually found the magazine article that published the picture and they agreed it was genuine. Gotta love the internet.
Anyway, it's no' bad. A bit more apocalyptic looking than the 'two folk standing on a hill between two giant heads' look we've seen so far.

I really like that! They should use it over here, Japanese logo and all.

Yeah, that's a pretty awesome poster. I do wish that they would have made one of the characters have the Autobot Logo design for a face. Maybe we'll see something along those lines in the future...
What's that second City on the horizon? Is it the next stop on the Robot Rampage World Tour that this movie seems to be about?

I really hope that's what the city is going to look like after the big fight...gotta love a smoldering city shot...
This thing just keeps getting bigger and bigger...it's amazing...

it may not be an error with the release date they need to dub the film into japanes language first for it to be released into japan as long its going to be released here in august it doesnt bother me that much at all but i do pity the japanes for not seeing it a month early.

Yes, months ago when the first 'eye' pictures were revealed.

Nice poster. Though it does kinda suck that we're not getting the movie until August. It could be worse, though. I was expected a December release date.

That Autobot logo must feel guilty for all that property damage.

lol. I love how ridiculous the quote is (taken months before it's even been screened for critics). That's definitely the best part of the poster.
I want to see another one that says something like:
MICHAEL BAY (PEARL HARBOUR) AND STEVEN SPIELBERG (EMPIRE OF THE SUN) CREATE TIME PARADOX AND BRING WORLD PEACE WITH THEIR MAGICAL AND OMNIPOTENT EARTH-SHATTERING CINEMATIC!
-URECCO MAGAZINE

I really like this - I think it's a lot better than the "Eye over Earth" image that's still getting used.

That's beautiful. I almost wept.
