Deviant Art member ninjaink has posted a new version of a Transformers the Live Action Movie poster. Ninjaink seems to specialize in doing noir style and did up a nice poster that takes a modern day movie and gives it a classic style poster.

The poster lends itself to straight satire with a twist of fanboy humor.

Check out the original post and his other movie posters here.

Noir was the film style of the 40's and 50's. All the posters in this era were done by the same guy(I forget his name) with this style.

I'd like to see this as wallpaper. That would be sweet.

I can hear that 50's style b-movie soundtrack and a radio announcer narrating. "The Transformers are an alien robotic race from the planet Cybertron..."

Makes me want to do a silent movie version of Transformers. :P
Harryhausen style, or maybe kind of like what was done with "The Call of Cthulhu" movie.
