...Both of them look awesome. I especially like the look of The Fallen, he just looks really, evil ..

Devastator I would like to see moving or stood straight.. or maybe with something for scale.. I hope it translates well to toy form..

If I wasnt excited about ROTF before.. I am now!!

I'll agree.. they look so different to what were all used to. That said, its half the reason I love the designs so much..

I really like how The Fallen looks.

I wonder how Devastator will translate into toy form however. His head sure is interesting.

I saw this report when I checked my email this morn and did a double take with Devastator.

Not bad I guess.

I really like Devastator. I'm also stoked that The Fallen retains the "internal fire" look. Best of all, it seems that RotF opens in Japan the same day as it opens in the US so I won't have to wait an extra month to see it this time.

So that's Devy's head?

The Fallen looks like an extremely evil, scary alien monster, just like he should.

Both designs are very cool.

ACToys.net has posted renders of Devastator and The Fallen from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. This comes a few days after our first glimpse of the Fallen toy (a gallery of which can be seen here).

Hmmm...I sure would like to see him in comparison to another character...

That's totally not what I was expecting, but still pretty imposing looking. I do quite like this one.

I'm tensing up. INB4 inevitable **** storm.

However, I like it. He's supposed to be ancient by Transformer standards. How he looks in comparison to Megatron or other Protoforms shows off the fact that they do evolve over the centuries. Cool concept.

Unless theyve changed the style these seem a little off. Both this and the pic of the fallen seem to have wierd glowing going on inside them. They half look like theyre supposed to be magic rather than mechanical.

Are we sure these are genuine?

Devastators head/neck seem to be the Vortex of doom everyone was expecting but look at the head, theres no eyes or anything behind the general shape of the face.

Also i may not be looking hard enough but i cant spot the Constructicon we've already seen anywhere in that mashup.

You know, I get it. I've always thought of the Decepticon Gestalts as being more "Creature" or "Animal" in nature. It appears that someone in the Art Dept agrees with me. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this guy...

Looks like there's a "Ra the Sun God" thing going on here. I'm down.

Its very different but different is refreshing right now to me with all the rehashing going on with the Universe and Animated lines.

All of those red slits look like something fire could erupt from, Balrog style.

On the page in the background it says "Torso/(something else you can't read, most likely head): Excavator", which would be the trailer Constructicon.

that's exactly what i was gonna say. to look at the background. it shows not only the 'known' constructicon as the torso but also the others and their locations.

Check the blueprint, it's his torso.
