I discovered Revenge of the Fallen has gotten too simular to Transformers: Armada.I have proof. Here is why:

1. The Audi's name is Sideways. He originated from Armada.

2. Optimus and Jetfire first combined in Armada.

Please post more Armada refrences here.

I think it's far too early to tell.

The plot sounds like a mash up of a few original story lines.

Also, Sideways from AEC is a likewise reference to Sideways/Doubleface(?) from Robot Masters.

Don't forget Demolishor (who now in RotF is the big constructicon that we see in the trailer).

I also believe Jolt was a name of a mini-con.

Three smaller bots making one bigger Arcee (if that does indeed happen) is similar to the 3 minicons that made Perceptor from Armada.

Didn't Armada have an Episode or two devoted to Deserts in the Middle East / Egypt? In fact I think Armada Demolishor's minicon came from there. (I could be remembering wrong)

Abit too early to tell despite Demolishor, Jolt & Sideways being mentioned. If the human allies start being too whiny like the Armada brats then yeah we can compare the simularities.

It sounds like they're just pulling references from all continuities so they can branch out to all fans (those that want to see the movie anyway).
