A thought just occurred to me... just what happened to the Dew Bot? You know, the Mountain Dew vending machine that got turned into a robot by the All-Spark in the first film?
Hmm... he was probably got killed off behind the scenes by one of the Autobots or the humans.
What do you guys think? What's your thoughts on what happened to the Dew Bot?

He got killed by a bunch of snowboarders while jumping out of an airplane then getting hit by a car in mid air dewing a corkscrew. Its how he would have wanted to go.
I hope the 360 got shot to death by a space marine. Or atleast a regular one hehe.

I started the same thread over at TFW2005, and I've got a couple responses saying that in ROTF Alliance, Ratchet was the one who killed off the Dew Bot.
Really, such a shame... I thought the Dew Bot was awesome, and I'd love to have a toy version of him.

He comes back as a combiner with another vending machine, Pepsi Prime, to form Colabot Maximus.
What about X-Boxtron and Ultra Escalade?

As far as I know, just based on what I've been told... the X-Box was killed off along with other rogue bots created by the All-Spark energy wave. As for the Escalade... I have no clue. Probably got killed off as well.

I think the entire SUV ended up getting destroyed. And, be my luck, the girl who was driving it was seriously hurt, if not killed, by the steering wheel bot.

Havent read any of the movie comics but WHY would the autobots go around killing a bunch of newborn transformers,I assume that newborns are inherently violent but I really cant envision prime ordering the slaughter of ANY newborn creature irrelevent of how out of control it was(especially not newborn transformers, who one would think prime is quite used to dealing with)
I know that its just so the movie cast have something to shoot at but the slaughter of babies is somewhat disturbing!

I'm not quite sure I'd classify those things as "babies".
Wild, homocidal, death-machine babies maybe...
If it's going on a wild rampage trying to attack anything it sees, I doubt the Autobots would let stick around.

They were evil cause they were reverse engineered from megatron. Everything that the all spark transformed was that way. Sector sevens lil testing room confirmed that as they locked them in with whatever they made in the box. So the autobots had every reason to frag whatever the all spark accidentally created with sams bumping it.

At first I was going to say that's not right... but the more I though about it, the more I see your idea.
It's quite an interesting idea that I hadn't read before. Our modern technology thanks in part to reverse engineering from Megatron. But an unintended side-effect is that since it's reverse engineered from Megatron, any AllSpark life given to it will make it evil like Megatron.
An interesting theory.

I think he got stepped on by Ratchet in ROTF: Alliance. I too, would like to see a Deluxe figure as well.

Well all spark didnt seem make anything good or sane in all test sector 7 did or random things being made on the street. Whether be they were simply crazed by being sparkless creatures or cause their origin or combination of the two isnt clear, but I tended lean toward megatrons designs being a major cause of that.

I don't really agree with the idea that just cuz something was reverse engineered from Megs that its infused with his 'eviliness',I mean it's not like they took parts from him and stuck it in every single piece of technology on earth(and copies are just never as good/evil as the orginal) or that Megatron is built any different than any other transformer,he was just the unlucky subject.
I still stand by my assumption that ALL transformers start as Wild, homocidal, death-machines and as(if) they survive and grow they become more self-aware and choose to become either Autobot or Decepticon with time, obiviously on cybertron either side will capture and manipulate any babies they can get hold of.
And from the sounds of it ex-agent Simmons has 'domesticated' atleast 1 transformer.

I think I agree with Starken the most.
But I think that ideas that TF's start off as wild and vicious is a movie-verse exclusive thing.
But that's just my opinion.

In Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Alliance #1 Ironhide, Ratchet and the Lennox's Rangers did a clean up of all the feral Transformers created by the Allspark in the movie which included Ratchet smushing the Mountain Dewbot under his foot.
