I'm a little confused here to be honest. Are they unveiling the thing covering the building (which we've already seen) or are they taking the cover off the building so that we can see what the building looks like?
I know this may sound odd, but I just don't really understand what's being unveiled here, since we've already seen the building cover.

Only one side is up now... the other couple sides were destroyed by the wind a while ago. Only the front with the word Transformers is (or was) up still. So they might have fixed it since I saw it a couple weeks ago. I would see it if I had transportation.

I think that the banner is hiding something else on the building. What about a life size image of Prime and Megsy behind the giant fancy curtain? how's that for putting things in perspective?

It's times like this I regret moving away from California. Anyway. There are plenty of Seibertronians who live in/around the LA area. We just need to send in some representatives to tell us wazup.

I feel sorry for people in the Billboard/roadside poster business.
All the big blockbusters are now using entire building to promote their movies.
Funny thing is, because of how bland the poster is, it wont look all that different than a giant slab of plain concrete with some "graffiti" on it

Prime and megsy are both about 5 stories tall...it would be a good fit...especially if they drop down even with the ground with a little foot note on the bottom: "Actual size...they're already here. 7.4.7." The Autobot symbol would be above Prime, the Decepts symbol would be above Megs with Transformers down the side.

Probably 25 each (Prime & Screamer) of the Movie Preview figures. Wouldn't make sense to offer non-movie merchandise, and since the street date for the regular toys
might still be in effect... the previews seem to make the most sense to me.

Might be cool to attend. Just sucks for anyone not remotely near the area like me.

I guess I have to prove it...
http://defamer.com/hollywood/annals-of- ... 257925.phpThe part with Megatron tearing his hand through the wall was torn off. Only one side is up now.
This is what it looked like as it was being put up...
http://tformers.com/article.php?sid=7405Only this side...
http://tformers.net/i/a/movies/tfm-ad-building-2.jpgIs still up, at least when I saw it a couple weeks ago.
If I had a car I'd check it out tomorrow. They just probably put a new ad up on the side that was destroyed eariler or replaced the whole thing. There is no ad under the current banner thing... as you can see it's quite transparent in the light.

I'm going to camp this sucker tonight. No telling how many people are already waiting 24 hours ahead. But then again it is Downtown LA >_>. Maybe I should just get up at 4 AM.

Well whatever you do, DON'T FORGET TO BRING A CAMERA IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING! Snap as many photos as you can, of the building (both before and after the "exposing"), the festivities, and the Sector 7 Mobile Command Center (really, I'd like to see more of it!).
If someone could do that, I'm sure we'd appreciate it!
