movieweb.com- Has another member of the voice cast for ROTF been revealed? According to movieweb he has.

Movieweb.com states that vocalist Mike Patton is voicing a Decepticon in the new Transformers movie. Which one is up in the air. At one point, it was thought he would be Mixmaster, or Wideload, but that seems to be unconfirmed. It does appear that he will be voicing a Constructicon in the movie.

" Rumors about musician Mike Patton's involvement in the highly anticipated summer sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen were confirmed today by a "close" friend of the singer (who may or may not live in Philadelphia). More of a cameo than a leading robot, Patton will lend his unique vocal talents to Mixmaster, one of the seven Decepticons that form to create Devastator. He is a concrete mixing truck that serves as the left leg of this gigantically awesome robot.

While Patton's participation in the film was 100% confirmed, the "source" didn't seem quite so positive about the actual robot he would be playing, at times calling him a dump truck (which is actually Long Haul). Either way, he will voice one of the seven vehicles that form Devastator. Patton is said to have landed the gig after producers heard his voice work on the video game The Darkness. This is a big year for the prolific singer, as his score for Crank: High Voltage will be released this coming Tuesday. And he is currently in the midst of embarking on a European reunion tour with his former band Faith No More.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen opens this summer on June 24th, 2009."

The scource is getting confused with their Devastators. He is right that Mixmaster was the left leg of the original Devastator. But this Mixmaster makes the head. It could be Long Haul bt wasn't he supposed to to be right leg this time?

He did the voice of the Darkness in the game the Darkness and he was awesome. I was hoping he'd get a part in the movie.

I hope this means that all the cons talk instead of gargling Cybertronian with fire extinguisher foam.

Cool. I don't mind Faith No More as a band. Ive heard he is good in the game The Darkness so take that as a good thing.

gotta love Fantomas and Mr. Bungle too. I have never heard Tomahawk though. I'm glad Mike Patton is going to be involved-lends a little street cred to the movie.
