The Motion Picture Association of America has given Transformers Revenge of The Fallen it's official rating which is PG-13, like the last film. Reasons given were for "intense sequences of sci-fi action violence, language, some crude and sexual material, and brief drug material". To view the page for yourself, click here.

Judy (Sam's mom) eats a pot brownie whole when they bring Sam to school, she doesn't heed the warning that there's 'too much sugar' in it

I was thinking the drug reference would be some extras thinking that they're seeing things when cars turn into giant talking robots.

Hopefully this movie won't have as much uncalled for immoral content as the first movie.

For your information, the way Megan Fox is dressed, what Sam's mom talks to him about when she and his dad come into the room, and the inappropiate pictures Sam mentions when he leaves a recording on his cell phone. All of these something Transformers would be better without.

You may have thought it was immoral but there was an element of truth in it.

After all

But Shia LeBeouf is a wanker!!!!

"the way Megan Fox is dressed"

show of hands....who wants less of that?.......anyone?

and yes, there is truth in the presence of these elements.

plus she's hot as all hell so it does nothing but get more butts in the seats. =)

O M F G that is hilarious! Won't stop me from taking my kids to see it. They already know about...some...of my past so nothing new to them. But that is just going to be great to watch. I hope she pulls it off well in the movie.
As for anything else in the film, there isn't anything that's going to surprise my boys. They've heard all there is language wise (I blame their grandmother, honest :P ) and as far as violence...I spar with weapons with my kids like some dads play catch. Bonding means breaking out the throwing knives in my household so I don't think the violence will phase them.

Wait do you mean less of Megan Fox dressed like in the first film or less of Megan Fox dressed? Cause if it's the later you got my vote!

Does that mean more masturbation jokes.

If they want to maintain as much realism as possible (Giant F'ing Robots notwithstanding) then you have to figure that if they are going to have anything involving a college campus it's going to go downhill in a hurry.
Some of my best times in my late teen's/early twenties were had at Western Washington University...and I wasn't even enrolled there!
Hell, one weekend I couldn't get up there to party so my room-mate went up and drove 80 miles back down with an exchange student for me.(Hotter than Megan Fox that's for sure!)
If they wanted to make this movie truly realistic they'd have to jack it to an "R" rating at least. Cheesy masturbation jokes would be the least of our worries.

The first film was a lot of things. Nightmarish, terrifying in a bad way and silly.

But Megan Fox's clothes were never immoral.

And I dought they will be immoral in this one either.

A campus is going to be a little bit bad given it is full of insane and hormonal teenagers.
So long the insanity is kept to a minimum it will be fine.
And no baseness or grossout humour would be good.

So long as they minimise that new idiot thing male it will be fine.

I have bad feelings about that loser they cast with Sam.

Unfortunately for 2nd string cast members, Giant Robots tend to have a major blind spot...usually under the left foot. :P

Your bad feelings may soon be a thing of the past.
