i cant belive this.

in 2007 we got a concept art of arcee(pink bike), it looked totally freaking cool. in 2009 we got a arcee toy, the toy looked awesome (pink bike). now.... NOW! we get some solid pictures of her.

its so horrible i want to strangle the designers, everyone else (exept chromia) looks awesome

If you haven't seen the movie yet, then you shouldn't make the comment. Once you see them in action it really changes the way you look at them.

I couldn't agree more. The bot modes in the movie were a nice surprise. The sense of speed and agility that Arcee and Chromia portray are pretty cool. I just wish they got more screen time and lines of dialogue.

im just really unhappy about the design, i just dont know what was wrong with the original design, i mean there was already a toy and all so its kinda stupid of them to do that

Not really, if the 3 girls all had normal legs, aswell as demolisher, then everyone would be moaning how all the bots are to similar.

You know, I've stated before in other threads here that I'm not crazy about some of the movie choices and designs. I don't consider myself a "geewunner", but I am very partial to it; and Bayformers is obviously vastly different. With that said, I just find it amusing that there are so many people who voice things about the movie that they don't like and expect others to somehow be convinced that they are right or something. Oh, you're right Arcee is teh suck.

Ok, cool, you don't like Arcee; but why even say anything? Is it that important to get your opinion in? I mean there's alot of things in ROTF that I don't like and I'm sure I might find more when I actually see the movie this week; but I'm not about to start a thread about each one. Please. Let the people who enjoyed the movie or have some positive contribution have their pleasant and thought-provoking conversations. Every other thread doesn't need to be "I hatz teh new (blank)!"

i like how one looks, not so much the second (not really clear who is chromia, and who is arcee out of those images) the first bike has kind of a siren look, plus the whole unicycle reminds me of Thrust from Beast machines (one of the few things I liked about Beast Machines) the second bike...I don't know, looks like a jumble of bike parts with a head.

Demolisher I'm not so sure if I like him or not yet

i dont know if you have noticed, but this is a forum, and they are kinda made for opinions, good and bad i dont want to start a rally against a design, im just saying my opinion.

i am kinda unhappy i made this thread, youre all right. im so exited over this movie, i got a little, too hyped
tommorow i will see it at the premier, and you people will probably be right

It's fine that you have an opinion. I just find it funny that just like with the last movie, there's all these posters that come out of the woodwork to complain about stuff that they haven't even seen yet. Stating that you want to "strangle the designers" of a toy is a bit much and highly immature.

Stating that this is forum and that you should be allowed to complain is fine. To some degree that's correct. But I would hate to see everyone who has a whiny opinion come out just to make a thread about how much they dislike something. I mean, really, how many "It sucks" threads do we need?

You lack tact, that's why your opinions aren't regarded with careful consideration.

Dissenting or opposing opinions are welcome, but mostly, you come across with crass presentation.

The bike triplets work well on screen, they move very fluently on the screen.

Still does not convert well to real world toys.

I thought the Bike triplets, Demolisher, and Rampage (etc) all looked fantastic in the movie...But I still find their toys to be very unappealing...

THe main problem with the Bikes, is that in the movie they look very small and compact and sleek...But the toys come off looking way out of scale and just a mess...

None of them are dead man.

One got shot, clearly. TFs get shot all the time in this and keep going.

I think unless it gets stated clearly on screen or unless there is a close up of a head being destroyed, then the TF lived.

I didn't like the design either.

BUT,

It works well in the movie. Really well, as a matter of fact. They seem built for speed, and that happened.

The design is NOT good for a figure IMHO.

Thing is, would there have been the uproar if these charachters had been male?

I know after the last film there was a lot of 'theyre ALIEN robots' they shouldnt all look Humanoid' and now we have that its like 'Yeah ok, but they did it with the Fembots and its seriously messing up our Artifical TnA!'

the purple got shot in the chest, never to be seen again. arcee gets the same death, and then explode, but chromia never dies. Micheal Bay already said that Arcee would die because HE didnt like the character.
