I have not had a chance to see the film yet, and there is a good possibility that I will not make it to a cinema for a month or more. Can someone let me know what happens to Jetfire's parts after Prime defeats the Fallen? Thanks.

Probably just scrapped since he takes off the remaining parts that survived the battle and dumped them on the ground.

they fell off prime during the battle with the fallen and megs. They were scattered around so I guess he just left them there.

Seriously, he just sacrificed himself for Optimus, and then Optimus is just like "kthnxbai."

His parts were likely gathered up and given whatever type of burial Cybertronians do.

Well I think ol' Op and the rest of the remaining Autobots used the parts in "memory" of Jetfire... and upgraded their own ahem... equipment after seeing the set that ol' Devvy had they started wondering "gee... ours are so small they hide behind plates."

Although seriously, probably buried or shot off into space. Of course, then again, maybe Ratchet and the others gathered the parts that were still viable and took them to some place to store for later. So Jetfire's spark is indeed gone right? Not just like "half dead" like ol' Megsy? Cuz if his spark was somehow still viable, suppose they could always refashion a new protoform for him out of the parts.

Maybe he'll come back to life as "Skyfire" in Transformers 3.

I think Prime too the pieces of because he was WEARING A FREAKIN CORPSE! Eeew..an itsy bitsy rustin' corpse!

It was only meant be a tempoary power up, as he easily trashed megatron and starscream at the same time. They couldnt keep Prime at that lvl or they d basically do the power creep song and dance.(Megatron merges with X decepticon to become more powerful like in Armada to counter with tidal wave.) The Fallen damaged parts of Jetfires components during the fight, so they likely wouldnt held together much longer anyways. So Prime just disguarded what was still connected and was restored to his full functional self. (as all his previous damage was fixed by Jetfires parts as well.)

Interestingly it reminded me of Endgame from animated, Prime took to the skies and kicked major butt too heh.

That's because he's got the Touch! He has to fight fire with fire!
