What was your fav and most hated tf?
I'll start it off with.............

Most Hated: I really thought that the pretender, Alice, was a waste of time. She was nasty and didn't have any effect on the story. The actor was hott though

My fav: Even this guy kissed Megatron's @$$, big time, Starscream was my favorite tf. He still looks like a beast and I think he could take on Megs if he wanted to. I wish he would have rebelled a little bit. And I hope that he'll be cool in TF3.

The most hated? I don't hate any of them. Some of them were underused, like Ironhide and Ratchet, but you can't hate an Autobot.

As for favorite. Optimus Prime, hands down. I've never been a big Prime fan, but him kicking so much ass in this movie made it very easy to root for him.

I hated the whole movie, however i thought ss soundwave skids and mudflap were the best... the fallen was garbage. in fact the movie was garbage..

Most Hated: I didn't really like the twins Skids and Mudflap for there personalities... They were too immature.

Most Liked: Devastator and Demolisher, sadly they both god VERY little screen time. I just like the bigger bots.

Most hated: whole Decepticon clone-army

Most liked: Jetfire and Wheelie. They were both awesome

most hated: it was hard watching prime die but if you seen the animated movie you knew he was coming back. I wouldve like more screen time for soundwave and starscream and there was no need for alice, and seriuosly a skids was a prius? The matrix of leader **** was bullshit but ive seen it twice and loved every minute of it.

Most loved: When prime came back to life and **** everyone up. Devastator was incredible. i saw it imax and the whole experience was amazing. And it left it open for more movies.

Optimus Prime was really put up as the Badass as opposed to clueless dumbass in the first film. Megatron seemed less like a baby-eater and more like Fallen's bitch.

Well Im a decepticon a heart, I'll gladly melt him down to slag if makes everyone feel better muhahahaha.

Most hated, I didnt hate any of the characters. I would liked seen more of the remainer autobots had atleast one good brawl. (poor Jolt just drove around and used his whips to help form Jet-optimus. Id like seen his whips in action.) Besides that, I have no major complains. It been nice seen some decepticons survive and actually be rememberable, they atleast established the original trinity, and had them actting accordingly.

Loved, Prime got really be the hero from our childhood. When megatron says to , Whats one life, Prime replies, you d never stop at one, and just goes all out. I was trembling as I watched. While i was totally taken off guard by way the fight ended, I was ok with it, as he truly went down a hero this time, as he never quit, wasnt just someones foolishness. Ultimately the plot device of only a Prime can defeat me for the Fallen, and Jeti-optimus being leaked I knew he d be there fight at the end. (plus some teaser pictures showed Prime there when the fallen warped in.)

It still was a shocking moment, as I was like come on Mike he'll be back, it sucks he died but he'll be back before it was over. Like no they did it to me again.The series just isnt what supposed be with out. Im glad they recognize what characters are vital to it. (Prime and Megatron , bumble bee wont ever die, hes the yellow kid friendly bot, they never die heh. Starscream)

Ultimately Im glad wasnt a massive body count of autobots. I saw someone posted as a thread title a week or two ago, 5 autobots die, I was like yikes. I was actually expecting Mudflap be amoung those heh.(as well as Arcee some tried claim it leaked she went down.) That crazy lil bot though survived, somehow. The twins redeemed themselves when they fought devastator in my eyes. I couldnt hate them despite being idiots. They had heart.

Jetfire on other hand, the lone autobot (well former decepticon) to fall was an expected casualty. Between his powered up mode being a potential Deus ex, and his age I wasnt a bit surprised. He got do some cool stuff though though before he went down. He even managed fulfill his G1 role as the autobots Taxi via space bridge heh. So between his side swapping and taxi services, he was in essence true jetfire.

I got alittle worried about Ironhide at the end when they were running from the short tossed flare.(especially with way cons were getting blown away rabidly, and jetfire just had take heavy damage.) He had scorched his chest I was like dont die on me again you big lug heh. Not a full blown 1986 strikes again moment please heh.

I loved it all in all. I am eager go see it again in Imax.

Hated: Yeah I didn't care for Alice either. She was really not necessary. They could have used the wasted film to let other transformers we really wanted to see more of. Oh wait there is one more that I couldn't stand. I hated seeing Megatron subservient to that wimp "the Fallen". His existence in the film was even more annoying.

Favorite: I like Optimus Prime a lot; but I have to say I came away wanting to see Wheelie more. I'm sorry they didn't let him actually fight any other Transformers. It would have been fun seeing him pull out some surprising weaponry and actually kick some tailgate. But the ultimate lubrication is from seeing Soundwave in this movie. He's just completely awesome!

Didn't like Alice - waaaaaay too Terminator 3 for me.

The fallen was crap too.

Thought the Constructicons were cool, especially Mixmaster!

Am I allowed to say Starscream was my favorite... probably not, since I'm assuming we're supposed to list characters that were new to the movie-verse for RotF.


I liked Jetfire a lot. Also, surprisingly, I liked Wheelie -- I still can't believe I'm saying that. I also surprisingly like The Doctor a lot.


There was no TF I hated. The Fallen was ok. The "Alice" idea was ok. All I was slightly disappointed in was the very short screen time of Sideways, but at least his name is one that I don't care about developing his character. Hey, if they ever brought Shockwave into the movie-verse and killed him after only 1 minute, then I'd be ticked. Not quite as much for Sideways.

I like all of them To be honest, there were no ones i didn't like.

I liked alice but if she had any more screen time i would have satrted to hate her.

Jetfire and the twins were FAR FAR better than i expected! Seriously amazing. The girls i liked, but we saw such a small amount of them i wouldn't like to comment.

I hope we get no new transformers in TF3 so they can just develop the survivors of ROTF!

Faves: Tie between Jetfire and Starscream. Jetfire was well designed and had an interesting personality, but the writers just got Starscream's personality completely down for this film.

Hated: the "clones" of the Constructicons, the reuse of the same CGI models in two places at once just seemed cheap.

Favorites: SideSwipe, I've always been a fan of him and SunStreaker(where was he!!!!). But, I was dissappointed in his lack of screen time. Also, I liked the twins. Sure they were immature but it was hilarious. Especially when Skids talks about blending in with your surroundings. Thats funny coming from a 20ft, green, transforming alien robot. Also, Jolt looked so sweet but had barely any screen time

Hated: I hated The Fallen. I thought he was just retarded, and that doctor guy was just annoying

He does look like a Prius but he is actully a Beat. They mentioned this in a GMC video like months before the movie ever came out when they were showing off all the new Autobot cars.

Like most here, there was no Transformer I hated.

But the ones that were my favorite. It's a tough toss up between Optimus Prime and Wheelie, although I loved Ironhide from the first one. But, of all the robots, my theater clapped and whooped the most when Ironhide came and said "Punk ass Decepticons!" I really, really hope that the writers understand he is a mega favorite and give him a much bigger role in the third. His role in the first one was just about right.

Hated:
As hard as it is to hate an Autobot (G1 Wheelie doesn't count!) The Twins are just irritating. They barely add to the story and generally get in the way. Not saying that they weren't funny though.
Alice was also pointless and seemed a bit too similar to Terminator 3.

Loved:
-Optimus, Saying "I'll take you all on!" in the almighty voice of Peter Cullen, whilst being surrounded by Decepticons and practically killing half of them, and then only losing to a cheap shot (G1 reference?) is nothing short of pure badassery.
-Soundwave was cool, but his voice needs alot of work, and he spent too much time raping the satelite. Atleast he lived!
-Starscream is finally back to being a whiny bitch again! At no point in that phrase is it a bad thing.
-Unnamed Constructicon number 3, He looks like Bonecrusher and probably has the same bot mode as Bonecrusher and maybe even the same attitude as Bonecrusher.

Others:
-Wheelie was annoying, but if you compare him from what he is now, to the original G1 Wheelie, he's hilarious to watch.
-Devastator had balls, (literally, although an EXTERMELY bad joke) but frankly I saw too little of him too care,
Plus. HE'S THE SIZE OF FREAKIN' GODZILLA YET DOESNT KILL ANYONE!?!
-Demolishor seemed like a waste. All the hype he was given in the trailers and he only appears for 5 minutes and gets only 1 line. The figure is cool though
-The Fallen was kind of a waste, since the film was called "Revenge of The Fallen" you would expect to see him for quite a bit in the movie. Yet appeared for atleast 7 minutes and had a final battle worth 5 minutes. Waste of a good character.

The title was meant to have a double meaning which many guessed long ago, but were told we were wrong.

I liked the most:

Prime kicking ass, and OWNING all the cons, even though I thought it was quite out of character for him to be so merciless like he was with Grindor, the Fallen, and Demolisher and simply execute them.

Ravage looked and moved well, about as G1 as you can get.

Soundwave, and the attempt at giving him his G1 voice. At least his function was excellent though.

Sideswipe...finally a cocky, sure, and talented warrior on the bots side.

Jet Optimus- I liked that combination!!!!!

Sam's mom-- laced brownies, swimming pool... !!!!

Disliked:

Scalpel- blah
Wheelie- more blah, obviously just trying to copy Frenzy's popularity and wit.
The Decepticon clone cannon fodder and none of them were seekers.
Stupid, stupid, stupid low brow jokes.
Most of the robot modes.
Optimus being so cold-blooded...I know it's not the cartoon, so there had to be some finality to the confrontations, but man, execution (Demolisher), but I suppose some would call it putting him out of his misery.
Alice as a robot...dumb idea.
I can keep going at this for awhile, so I'll stop.

Hated: Sideways, because he had little to no screen time, and the Fallen, because he was made of butter.
Favs: Sideswipe and the Arcees were cool.

Most Hated: Alice. I cringed the whole time until she revealed herself as a Decepticon.

Favorite: Optimus, of course, but he's not new. Sideswipe was awesome but had very little screentime. My fav new bot would probably have to be Jetfire. He was just hilarious!

Prime should have had a bit more time on screen though when he was on he is just baddass.

I loved Prime. When he says "then Ill take you all on". He made Meg seem like a wimp.
