I don't remember this being done, so I thought to post it. What is your single favorite shot of Revenge of the Fallen?

Mine is almost at the end, when Prime sheds the last piece of Jetfire armor and walks up next to the Sphinx. Every time I look at my leader Prime, I think of that shot.

My fav scenes are when Prime goes Awol agaisnt Grindor, Screamer & Megatron. Only to get stabbed by Megs & Shot, My second fav scene is Talks between Megs & Screamer & the Fallen.

my favorite scene is when shia is holding megan fox's hand and they running and its slowed down to show her boobs jiggle in the desert. she was wearing the pink shirt and the white pants and you kinda see it in one of the tv ads.it totally pissed my gf off when she saw it but oh well it happens.

I have 3: :p

1. The full shot of the elder Primes talking.

2. The Fallen on the pyramid with his staff.

3. Prime with his two swords.

My favorite shot was during the forest fight, and Optimus picks up that whole tree and uses it as a bat against the Decepticons. I thought that particular shot was well executed. From the animation, to the dirt flying, to perfect sound editing.

Mine was when they are in the forest and megatron says decepticons attack and grindor comes down and transformers and starts running then star scream comes flying in to transformer and says commeee heerrreee booyyyyyy

This one kinda strange lol, but my fav shot from the movie is when Lennox talks about their nest base, and is shows most of the Autobot in the sound proff hangar kinda thing. Just though it looked great with all the badass alt modes in there.

Either that or, when Sam and Prime are standing on the bow of the aircraft carrier.

There are so many..... But i'll give my favorite three...Ok, five!!

5.- When they first showed Sideswipe role in. When i first saw him in still shots before the movie came out, i wasn't impressed. Then he roles in.. Man, that Corvette concept is sweet. The Whole theater even let out a "Whoa!!"

4.- The Twins rolling around in Ice Cream truck mode. "Decepticons,.. Come and get yo ice cream... And then yo ass whop'in!

3.- The Constructicons chilling in vehicle mode on the Cargo Ship. I liked this cause it wasn't expected. Cool way to introduce them.

2.- Constructicons getting ready to combine. They all role up, then you see Mixmasters dog figurine with con head and the con symbol on his drum. Then they all combine. Devestor just slams Hightower and Scraper to make his arms. Pure awesome!

1.- When Prime is shown being dropped from the C-17. From the point were Eps says
"Bring in the big man!"
Then they count down to his drop, and the best part...

The door opens and you see that Peter built truck in the blue lighting! prime roles out, transforms and announces his presence...
"Autobots, I'm in pursuit!!"
He lands and transforms back to truck mode.
Very, very cool!

You know, I would have given that up to see Prime roll in with a trailer behind him. When that scene started, they showed a tractor-trailer bring in some soldiers on vehicles for a second I thought it was Prime. It should have been. It would have been awesome seeing him roll up with a gray trailer behind him.

I really liked how they shot Soundwave. I like the shot where his eyes light up, then his facial parts move as he speaks, then it shows him gliding past the screen.... Lovely voice too.

I agree. If done right that would have been a better opener for Prime. I would have even been fine with after the Arcee team "Roled out " prime transforms and the trailer just disappears into the darkness, never to be seen again! I'm not a huge G1 fan by anymeans, but that would have been a preety good way to play homage to the G1 series.

I think the whole forest fight was the best part of the movie, especially when Prime took out his two swords. That was awesome! And also the shot where you see the close up of Prime's gun and he shoots Megatron in the factory.[*]

I like the scene where Prime is combining with Jetfire.... Jetfire's parts to be exact

Ok, i've got 5:

1)When the constructicons, ravage, and the doctor are down in the ocean. Then the Doctor says "Kill the little one"

2)When the Constructicons combine, Simmons says "Alot people died that day" (finishing up the conversation he was having with Leo about the OK Coral)

3)The entire forest battle scene!

4)When Ravage deploys the tiny marble bots, then they combine.

5)And when Lennox is telling Galloway what cords to pull on the parachute, then Galloway pulls the cord, and Lennox says "Not now dumb-ass", then he goes flying out. Then Epps asks "Did he say goodbye?", to which Lennox replies, "No, he didn't even say goodbye"

1. The Constructicons and Ravage going down to revive Megatron, and the smaller one being ripped apart.

2. Devastator combining.

3. Devastator climbing the pyramid.

5 Soundwave talking and taking over the satellite.

1. Obviously, the 3 VS 1 forest scene. Optimus with two Energon swords: "You'll Never Stop At One! I'll Take You All On!"

2. The factory scene where there's a close-up of Prime's two blaster cannons shooting at Starscream and Megatron.

3. The scene where Prime being dropped from the plane, transforms and lands on the road, transform back to truck mode. Good opening scene.

4. The conversation scene between the National Security Advisor guy with close-up Prime, with Prime saying:
"Freedom is your right.If you make that request, we will honor it.But, before your President decides, please ask him this: WHAT IF WE LEAVE, AND YOU'RE WRONG?"

5. The scene where Sideswipe cuts Sideways in car mode into half.

6.The scene where Prime combine with Jetfire's spark and parts and VS Fallen and megatron. I like it when megatron got hit and yell:"Starscream!!" and Optimus say:"You pick the wrong planet! Give me your face! I Rise, You Fall!!"

7. The scene where Prime shoots Demolishor, Ironhide says: "Punk ass decepticons!" "Any last words?" "This is not your planet to rule.The Fallen shall rise again." Optimus fires his cannon and says:"Not today!"

I personally loved the movie to much to just pick one scene.

Though if I had to pick a few...

1. Optimus Prime in the forest scene. Especially when he says "I will take you all on", and draws both his swords.

2. When the US military surrounds the Autobots on their way back to base. "You dare point your guys at me." from Ironhide.

3. Pretty much anything with Prime in it.

My favortie camera work(Well computer work) was when Optimus is being fused with Jetfire's parts. That way of combining them seemed so original and aesteticly pleasing to me. The spin around him they did allowed you to take it all in which I thought was quite stunning.

If we're just doing a single shot...

Ravage sprinting and jumping after he comes out of the ocean. It was sexy in a badass robot way. I could watch him run all day.

When the Twins are getting there new forms and Skidz throws Mudflap. Mudflap sys "Yo man that hurt." and Skidz replies with "It's supposed to hurt its an ass-whopping."

The scene at the end with Megatron and Starscream looking on realizing they've been defeated. Starscream's comment about cowards surviving and then their retreat was so G1; I loved it!

Optimus Prime after he receives Jetfire's spark and armor; that screams it's ass-whoopin'time. I also like his line of "Lets Roll" at that point.

Prime's first transformation was terrific.

The huge camera pan that goes through the keyhole (showing the decepticons prowling around the building Sam and Mikaela were in)

The slo-mo bullet out of Prime's gun was Epic

"I'll take you all on!"

Where the Fallen uses the transformers force and magically lifts up all the tanks and stuff and drops them on the pyramid. I love that huge ominous sound that just takes over the theater.

Couple fave shots:

1) when The Fallen is at the top of the pyramid and 'magnetizes' his staff -wicked sound and scene

2) on the deck of the freighter -Longhaul right before he jumps off. First time really seeing the constructicons in bot mode. Just a hulking mass of metal. A beast. Didn't know it was him, till i thought about it after seein it a 2nd time. (Too bad there were no one on one battles with him. Ironhide would have his hands full!!)

3) i know it's Bay cheesiness - but the slo-mo shot of the medical chopper flying in when Sam was down. Really dramatic. Wonder how they shot that? A crane overhead or another helicopter above? Pure eye candy.
