Well, obviously, it's the greatest movie ever, why not ? Forget Titanic, Revenge of The Fallen is the real deal.

Its a sequel its suppose to. It just pains me that a movie of this caliber is making so much money so fast. Harry Potter will defiantly take a chunk out of the earnings when it comes out. Thats probably the only movie coming out that may have a chance to rival it.

Is there a link to where I can read up on this information? My usual Entertainment news channels are still flooded with Michael Jackson headlines.

UPDATE:
Da'st....I just saw the website mentioned. HollywoodMojo, however it's stating this in estimates? Is there no hard numbers to be found? I did a quick search but found nothing but old articles touching up on its opening night and it's tie with Ice Age during the 4th.

However I noticed on this site, in terms of the reported weekly charts....

Ice Age and Public Enemies are on the rise, and Transformers is finally slowing with a -60% percent decrease in comparison to last weeks figures. And there's two different Gross tallys. On the charts it notes it's D-Gross close to $315M however on the films profile page it's has a $322M figure. So my question is, where are these numbers coming from?

Yeah, I just checked with EW, as of right now it's tallied $339M domestic. However it's lost the number one spot to Ice Age and Bruno, Bruno claiming the top spot despite doing really poorly opening weekend. Does Potter come out this weekend, if it does I predict Bruno dropping the number 1 spot and Potter claiming the top with Ice Age coming up second and pending if enough people found it entertaining, Bruno knocking TF3 to the number 4 spot.

I'm looking at the numbers however, it seems TF3 through earning alot of money, claimed the top spot for only two weeks (week 2 nearly being a tie) before it was knocked down in which I credit it literally being the only movie to watch out there. I mean that in terms of......there's nothing else out there. It was the only movie playing and the first week was pretty much credited to ticket pre-sales. I thought Public Enemies would have knocked it down sooner, but after seeing it I'm not surprised it's doing really poorly. But as soon as Ice Age came around, and the kiddies had options, TF saw drastic declines in earnings. Over July 4th weekend it saw a 61% decline and nearly lost the top spot to IA3 despite Ice Age being released in fewer theaters. And now with Bruno out to claim the college and young adult demograph.....I think Potter will round up the rest of the kiddie market too and TF3's big earning days are ending.

Which is kind of shocking, being this movie, with controversy and other things tied to it, didn't have alot of staying power. Does anyone recall how long TF1 kept the number 1 spot in the box office circa 2007?
