It's been a while since we've gotten any new information that could relate to the mega blockbuster hit film that was Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, but for the die hards out there that absolutely couldn't get enough of Michael Bay's action packed sequel, here's some more stuff for you to check out.

M Bay's site ShootfortheEdit.com has posted behind the scenes look of the creation and editing of Revenge of the Fallen. In the video you get to see some of the people behind the magic of the film and how things came together. Check it out below:

That is the Truck out of Armageddon behind the editor? If so here we go with advertising past films :D What a great idea, especialy with Badboys.

That laptop must have some powerfull or cybertronain stuff under the hood, to do that.

HD and Micheal Bay? This set of films wont have been just been the directors and editors, for the music artists, LP and Steve did a great job, I wouldnt mind hearing their comments off the film?

I have only used Adobe Premiere and Sony Vegas. But makes me wonder how much Avid Media Composer cost?

Some interesting behind-the-scenes information here, but it mostly just comes off as a promo/advertisement for the Avid media system, which I realize is exactly what it is. The best promo reels don't feel like promo at all.

They must have taken it down, I can't upload it from the site.

Regardless, Avid doesn't shock me too much. Others like Vegas and Final Cut and After effects and Shake and so on and so forth seem to do just fine.

The trouble with being an FX artist, is that each FX house is trying to develop their own software. So though your great at Lightwave, and you've worked with ILM.....You try to get a job at Sony and don't know Shake and your out of luck. This is what I never liked about the bizz. I mean I like diversity, but a new software every other year? And being biased towards FX artist just because you want to develop your own drone army loyal to your name brand. Ugh....disgusting.

Sorry, I don't know if I'm addressing the subject at hand anymore. But if this is just an ad for Avid, what little respect I have left for this man is being vomited back up. Blegh!
