Future Shop, Canadian Electronics Retailer, dropped us a line on what their Blu-Ray Revenge of the Fallen Steelbook will end up looking like. We've got the inside covered by the 'Language of the Primes', and topped off by a beautifully rendered Optimus Prime. Take a look at the pictures below;

We'll fill everyone in on how this exclusive is to be obtained when we get word of it.

I just have to say-- that pic of Prime is completely bad-ass, and it compliments the first release nicely. And while a nice steelbook case is okay, it really pales in comparison to the Japan exclusives. *sigh!*

Man, that thing is beautiful and looks like you can kill someone with that thing. I agree, I want a toy exclusive like Japan is getting.

I'm a sucker for steelbooks, and this one's a beaut. If this is the FYE/Suncoast exclusive, it's highly tempting. (Other cool SBs: The Clone Wars [Capt. Rex BB excl. cover, war scene inside], The Dark Knight [cool batpod pic inside], The Departed sb is sweet too, i think it's pics of the main actors)

Very nice! It'd be cool to get an exclusive figure with the DVD but with the usual mentality that most divisions of marketing have, it's unlikely. Japan seems to be the only place where there seems to be consistently cool offers that involve action figures.

Srly, apparently you can get free figures (Kubricks or keychains) when you buy certain related movie tickets.

Well I didn't mind the free Titanium figure with the 2007 Movie Boxset... okay nevermind that free Titanium figure was a big let down, I thought we were getting Robot Heroes Cliffjumper and Prime like the US. Sigh, nevermind, I just have no more expectations for DVD releases simply because Japan just blew us the f*** out of the water.

Yeah, pretty much. What can we do to try to even come close? Include a gold nugget as an exclusive? Hmm, let's have some can-do spirit. Gold nuggets for everyone!
