I guess we'll see when the game hits in July.

note if its a fan made i would still love to have that as a figure
plus it may be the armoured van in the hasbro discriptions like the tow truck which might be on the game

If he is an ELINT/COMINT armored vehicle, he could still retain the essence of his original charachter as something to do with listening/broadcasting.
Lord knows a tape player will not be modern by today's standards. This is one case where change to the charachters is absolutely necessary.
