Josh Duhamel who stars in the upcoming Transformers Movie, recently had a conversation with MTV News. During the conversation Duhamel said the following:

"The Transformer that will steal all the scenes I would say is this little iPod thing, [it’s] crazy. It’s pretty cool. It’s like this crazy little 12-inch iPod that turns into this little killing machine."

It sounds like there may be more Transformers in the movie then we have been led to believe at this point. You can read what Josh Duhamel at MTVMoviesBlog.com.

I truly hope he meant to say Frenzy... Well, either that or he hasn't a clue what film he's been shooting for.

I was thinking Booster X10 (Laserbeak), but it couldn't be 12-inches tall could it?

He's most likely talking about Frenzy but hasn't seen the renders yet.

I'm thinking it is Frenzy, because from what we saw in the Hidden TV spot, the boombox he transforms into looks to be about a foot long. Why he said iPod I don't know...

That booster x10 toy isnt an MP3 player just so you know. It's supposed to resemble a listening device thats why the name is "booster x10"

It boosts the sound level times 10. And Laserbeak was a surveilance device.

Also in the "Jazz doesnt die thread" the guy that was spouting off spoilers left and right did mention an ipod in a target store that gets zapped by the allspark so that could be what he is referring to, not just frenzy although the 12 inches is makign it difficult to know for sure.

It might also be due to America believing that 'ipod' is synonymous with 'digital music player.'

So Ipod is confirmed to be a buddy of the xbox360.

With everyone who thinks he means Frenzy. He probably just doesn't know what a boombox is since he can afford IPods and ****.

I hope Hasbro gets together with Apple and makes a transforming iPod. I don't care for iPods, but if they to make 1 that transforms, I'd get it.

To be honest he probably did mean an IPod. Anyone who knows what happens near the end of the movie knows what I speak of. And a regular Ipod probably could unfold into a robot that would be about a foot tall. Frenzy on the other hand is like 3 feet tall.

I'm sure they tweaked a couple things. But anyone who believed there was an entire overhaul would be fooling themselves.

And this is not a speculation. I had some free time on my hands at the bookstore this evening. The junior novelization is out. One thing lead to another...

I don't know everything, but I know a lot.

Im guessing, that if he has not confused a (relatively) huge boombox for an iPod, we can blame the Allspark for animating the iPod.

You never know. Back befor we knew a hole lot about the movie people were saying that there was an ipod and xbox 360 transformer in the movie. maybe there are objectformers in the film.

When the character Sam (played by Shia) has the Allspark, I'll bet that he brings these everyday items (Ipod, XBox 360, etc.) to life. First accidently, then he'll have some fun pointing it at everything. Josh could be right that an actual Transformer will be indeed an Ipod.

IMO just a guess. I never read the script.
