They won't have a future unless you learn to use the cap lock key properly :P

Anyways, I don't really see a Transformers 4 in the future, anything over 3 and things generally start to go downhill.

I hope the movie series stops at 3, I think the movies have carried enough on its shoulders for a while. After the third film let the door close and remain closed. Thats if TF3 can think of a way to wrap the series up for good.

Well, just because the movies will stop dosnt mean the shows will.

I wouldn't worry about that, Transformers lasted 23 years before the movies.

I hope the current movie-verse will stop at Movie 3. Maybe a prequel movie could be in the works...

And then a proper series of Transformers movies can start, or at least remaking the movies to a better level - with movie 1 there won't be much problem, it just needs some added scenes for the unfinished plots (where in the world is Barricade?)
With RotF, a series of cutting scenes (bad jokes, military show in the middle of the battles), completely re-rendering the CG with unique decepticons, a longer battle between the Fallen and Prime, etc... is needed to be good.

after 3, i'm hoping for the complete reboot of the series, done well with a good director, good robot desins, good plot, he movie actually being about transformers, AND MICHAL BAY STAYS FAR AWAY FROM IT

After 3, I'm sure there will be more. Maybe prequels, which I'd love, but I don't know how much could be done without human actors. In any case, it makes too much to just stop at 3. At least a fourth, in the same movie-verse.

They'll never stop at one...

At least I hope they continue to do something, like a prequel, a live-action TV series about the adventures of NEST or Sector Seven finding the cube, or some battles with the seekers (the seekers of the harvester, not the jets). I really don't see why I wouldn't want Bay to do it, I love the explosions, the car flipping, sparks everywhere, etc. The humour and things like Devy's balls are the only thing that gets me. I'd love to see what a director like Zac Snyder would do though...I loved the things he did in Watchmen

I completely agree with Grendel. Restart the franchise with a director who likes it.

I'd love to see John Favreau get his hands on it after the masterpiece that was Iron Man.

For a prequel, I'd like an adaption of Defiance where Megatron encounters the Fallen and starts the war and I'd be quite happy with a CGI movie ala Clone Wars or TMNT. Because I came fuming out of the cinema after ROTF and would not go near Transformers for over a week until I spotted Defiance in a bookshop and gave it a chance.

It was great. No humans, good story and we got movie Prowl who looked very like his G1 counterpart.

I did see ROTF 3 more times after that and came around but it's like a Japanese TF cartoon. You want to like it so you try and focus on the good if any.

Wish they would never stop filming. Unless the movie will be pretty bad.
