I'm wondering if anyone else here is experiencing the different "levels" of excitement for this movie. I'm sitting here in the animation studio, watching the Blue Jays feed on the 'net, and WHAM. It hits me. 40 days. Less because I'm going to botcon. When did I first hear about this thing, anyway.

I'm really, really excited now. For good or bad, this is what we've been waiting for for a long time.

Anyone else getting a whole new buzz on lately?

It's hit me too. I've been waiting for this for about 3 years now, ever since I first heard of it. I've been a Transfan for most of my life, and it all seems to be building to this one moment. It's just amazing!

Some have been fans longer than others, but I also feel the anticipation building.

I had better order my ticket early, b/c on opening night, it will be packed.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday when I looked up at the top of the page and saw 40 days left. I went to see Superman in the theater last year and nearly had a heart attack when I saw the poster for TF. I remember thinking "Holy crap July 4th, 2007 is soooooooooooo far away!" But now its only 39 days. The thing that I am most excited about is being able to share this with my children who I have raised to LOVE all things Transformers.

imo it doesnt matter if you've been a fan since day 1 or if you just became one today, we are all patiently waiting for the blockbuster of the decade

this movie just may overtake the matrix as my favorite movie of all time...

I just want this film to be a parade of metal-on-metal asskickery.

That is all.

What's the worst we could get? A movie with giant robots kicking butt and taking names? Take it for what it is, and don't sweat what it isn't. Even if they get it wrong, it'll still be a fun movie.

It has gotten to me as well. Especially w/all my friends. They come up to me & tell me "Michael, I saw the new TF's comercial!" "Yeah? I saw it already." They make me want to see it more & more each day. I've been waiting since I saw the trailer at SDCC '05. Now there's 36 days left & I can't contain myself!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"My God, I'm married to an 8 year old"- A direct quote from my wife after she saw how much this movie has got me hyped up.
