1- Why is the ALLSPARK supposed to store the "knowledge"/history of CYBERTRON too? How did it (the Allspark) manage to absorb the data from the Cybertronians'lives, including what happened on the prehistorical Earth (the Seven Primes' sacrifice and all)?
And most importantly, HOW could a single surviving shard store all the knowledge previously archived into the "entire" Allspark?

2- Jetfire was sent on Earth to retrive the Matrix decades ago. Why on hell doesn't he know what's the exact name of our planet (=Earth) if he must be on Earth at least since 1975 (he can convert into a 1970s Blackbird jet).

3- Jetfire's father was... a WHEEL? What did he mean? Was he joking?

4- Why hasn't Jetfire ever met Optimus Prime before IF he knows about Megatron ("the original Decepticon") and surely knows everything about the Cybertron recent history?

5- How could Jetfire not have retrieved the Matrix THROUGH DECADES if he knew about the location (Egypt) and the prophecy to retrieve it as well?

6- Why is Jetfire getting old without Energon, and the other Transformers NOT?

7- If all the Primes (except the Fallen) sacrificed themselves on Earth millenia and millennia ago, who Prime did "generate" Optimus Prime's family/ancestors?

8- What did the Fallen do on his lonely asteroid all these millenia?

9- Why is the Fallen so interested into activating the Sun Harvester on Earth, if there must be more ancient Harvesters on other worlds to retrieve anyway?

10- Rampage and the green Constructicon - I spotted them in the final battle as separate robots. Who Transformers did combine to become Devastator then?

11- How did Decepticons know to go to Egypt in order to rescue the Matrix, if only Jetfire did know about it?

1: The Allspark is a plot device, lets leave it at that, there are somethings NOT worth explaining, that's like saying the Matrix from G1, how could it hold all of the knowledge of past Autobot leaders in that little compartment?

2: He has been in stasis lock for awhile and he's been searching for a few thousand years.....and if I was looking for something I wouldn't care what planet I was on.

3: We'll never know, there's so many things going in the Bayverse....

4: The Fallen was the orginal decepticon, not megatron. Like stated before, he was in stasis lock for awhile, he asked if that robot civil war was still going on

5: Remember? He forgot his mission and didn't have a clue to what the Daggers tip was or the kings.

6: He's also OLDER than the other transformers

7: I don't remember what happened, but primes are born not made.

8: Survive, he was kept on life support and was pretty much in prison until the last prime was killed

9: Because there's not. He rebelled on THIS one planet.

10: The debate is this, is Devestator a single huge robot and his alt mode is made of several vehicles or are there more than one constructicon. I'm going with Devestator is a huge robot with his alt mode being several vehicles.

11: The same way the Autobots new to go to Sam. They tracked them, Soundwave took over a military satellite and could hear everything.

Honestly, I think you're overthinking the movie a bit, why not let things go and enjoy it?

These are my personal explanations:

1- Maybe the All Spark has some kind of "consciousness" - it is barely sentient - and it "absorbed" the knowledge/memories from each spark it released in the past: those inside the Transformers themselves!

2- He was old and crazy. I bet it was disorientation coming from statis lock and his nutty mind.

3- Maybe he just could turn into a Cybertronian wheel. I'm fine with it. One of the first Transformers? Who knows.

4- Maybe he had been out in the space for millenia, long time before Optimus Prime was even "born". He belonged to the "first wave" of Decepticons, not involved in any civil war --- and having the Fallen as supreme master/leader.

5- Maybe he just spent few years on Earth, after all.

6- Old like Alpha Trion. Okay.

7- Maybe they generated the ancestors some time before they would go to Earth. So there were Primes left on Cybertron.

8- Okay, Surviving. I smell traces of Unicron here! LOL.

9- Okay. After all, it has been stated there was ONE Sun Harvester, not more.

10- It seems like the Constructicons form a whole sub-set of dozens and dozens of Decepticons turning into 7 specific alt. modes.
