Man, I hate reading (or writing) stuff like this, it's really sad to me.

Guess that means Soundwave gets a new voice in Japan for the next movie. :-(

This saddens me, I enjoyed his work in many animes and video games. I know Tekken is never going to be the same without him voicing Heihachi Mishima. RIP Daisuke.

Or foul play.

It is quite sad that he died. Even more so how he was found.

Yeah, sounds like it.

According to the report, a knife or some kind of sharp object was discovered near the scene as well as Gouri's last will and testament. Authorities are investigating this as a possible suicide.

according to wikipedia he did commit suicide :
On January 17, 2010 at approximately 3:00 P.M., Gōri was found lying on his stomach with blood dripping from his wrists in the middle of a Nakano, Tokyo street by a passerby, who then notified the police. Authorities from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Nakano station discovered a utility knife under his body as well as a suicide note addressed to his family in his pants pocket. Gōri's death was then ruled a suicide; he was three weeks short of his 58th birthday.

sad to hear that he's dead though i just cant picture someone else voicing heihachi and hercule
i guess they could get banjo ginga to voice heihachi again but still
