I dont know if a topic like this has been made yet, but...

Who do YOU (yes, you) want to see get their matallic or fleshy @$$es handed to them in TF 3? I have alot of people on my wishlist.

1.Makayla- I cant stand her, plus it would give the movie a sad or serious atmosphere.

2.Bumblebee- will cause sadness in the movie

3.Ironhide- We need someone else who has been through both movies to die. (IMO)

4.Mudflap- I like Skidz, but Mudflap is somthing else.

5.Megatron- He NEEDS to die (permanently) and by Starscream's hand

6.Starscream- I want him to be eaten up by Unicron (If there is a Unicron) after he kills Megatron

7.Sideswipe- Hes my favorite Autobot

8.Unicron- (if there is one)

9. Optimus- I want him to come close to dieing not die again.

10.Galloway- he sux ayess!

11.Simmons- for serious effect

I just want this movie to be one big slaughter fest like the 80's movie. I also want it to be a movie like Pirates of the Caribbean 3, where most of all the main characters are killed off. I dont know, I just like movies like that

As you can tell...I like sad movies...

1.Leo....I just cannot stand him, if he doesn't die at least write him out of the movie.
2.Mikayla....Same, although it got worse mainly because she did NOTHING in ROTF, she said the f-word in a movie used to sell toys to kids(bad move....whoever wrote that in was pretty stupid), she cussed way too much, and she's pretty boring.
3.Simmons...I wouldn't have hated him much...until the stupid thong part, I don't think I need to say any more.
4.Megatron...ROTF changed his design to an ugly one9to me) so now I could care less if he dies...as long as he puts up a better fight this time.
5.StarScream...i don't actually want him to die, but he will, so I hope he dies trying to overthrow the Decepticons.

EDIT:I'm not really this much of a freak...i don't want them to DIE...but they do annoy me a LOT.....to the point where the movie could be fine without the first two(well not Mikayla, she's a character and thus has to stay but Leo is pointless).

You know...Blurrz is right.
Although in truth I don't actually want the characters to die, I wouldn't mind if they just vanished from the movie.

When was the F word said?

As for who should die, BB should go out. It would be a very emotional death, but this parents may react to it like how they did to Prime's death in the 1986 movie.

She said f*k (I dont spell it with a 'c' cuz I dont feel like it, but yet I take the time to type this) after Sam died and se said, "Lennox, f*king do somthing!" when Sam died. And as to your other thing, it couldnt be any worse than what parents are saying about the first 2 movies. I heard on here that someone's dad threw away his TF after they left the movie theaters. If I was that kid, id grow up to be an assasin! Id be emotionally scarred for EFFAR!

1. Bumblebee

2. the Witwicky family and their dogs

3. the twins

(I think I would be the only one in the cinema who would shout "And there's justice in the world!" loudly when this happens :P )

What a...dark and disturbing topic...

Really? Wow.

I'm all for realism, and I know that in a war, people/characters are going to die, it's just part of the equation, but I don't actively seek out that ending for a character or several.

By the end of the movie series, I'd like to see a resolution where Megatron is finally killed off and the Earth is saved, but there's no need to kill him off right now. He's a fun villain and gives the Autobots a reason to fight on.

I would hope Sam and his friends and family would be spared execution, there's no reason to kill them off.

I'll do one better....

What if whoever dies actually stays dead?

No, the protoform re-scan argument holds no water for me. If it's not clarified within context of the films, a fan theory or comic story arc or such subsequent writings don't hold water. For me a film of this magnatude is a self contained story, what explanations fall short within the context of this film or it's sequels is on the film.

That said:

Constructicons stay dead...all some odd copies of them included.
Both Blackouts
Both Bonecrushers
2 of the three Arcees
And for those holding on to the Grindor toy name argument....
Both Devastators (Being Brawl was dubbed Devastator in film)

I would like that these characters stay dead. And all their copies and clones and whatever other "from" is out there....all erased.

All of Devastator's components and the individual Constructicons are separate entities. Demolishor was killed in the beginning of the movie, there's no way possible he was a part of Devastator at the end of the film. Rampage was killed by Bumblebee, he too, was not a part of Devastator. Neither was Long Haul. They cannot be in two places at the same time, nor can they be a part of Devastator and be totally separate entities. Due to them being separate entities, you will see more Constructicons in the future.

There were not two Blackouts. There was ONE. A protoform named Grindor copied Blackout's disguise, that's all. They're two totally different robots.

Bonecrusher is DEAD. Prime beheaded him in the first film. The second one? I have no idea who it is, but it isn't Bonecrusher.

Arcee is a hive mind shared over three robots. They only have separate names in toy form only. To help sell the figures. Arcee could respawn the other two pieces if it's necessary, or maybe the third component will die without the other two. There's a good chance that the third component won't survive without the other two. You might just get your wish. (Before you try and argue that the Constructicons are like Arcee, don't. Demolishor was a continent (and perhaps a world) away from the other components, not possible to share the hive mind. Arcee always had her three components near by.)

Brawl's incorrect naming was due to a communication error between Bay's team and Hasbro. He was always intended to be Brawl, but Bay wanted the name Devastator. Both Brawl and Devastator (two different beings) are DEAD. A protoform sharing Brawl's disguise never showed up in the second film and it's highly unlikely he'll appear in the third film, so I'm not even sure why you brought him up. Most people have forgotten about him.

As for the "copies and clones" as you put it...there are no set in stone rules that the protoforms have to follow. They were told to stay in disguise, so they chose a form that was appropriate for them. If they happen to share the same vehicle as a fellow Decepticon member does, big whoop. It's going to happen.

In G1, Ratchet and Ironhide shared the same alt mode. No one complains about that. Bluestreak, Prowl, and Smokescreen all share the same alt mode, no one complains about that. The Seekers, second verse same as the first.

Yet you can complain about Bayverse Decepticons doing the exact same thing as what was done in G1... That makes absolutely no sense to me. None.

And that whole "doesn't hold water..." comment and mentality tell me you're just being silly. Unreasonable and silly.

I'm noticing this as being a trend with your posts when it comes to the movie(s). I'd say you're bordering on trollish behavior. Either that or you really are missing the point.

I think it's more likely that you're capable of getting the point, you're just missing it on purpose for the sake of it.

Autobot 032:

Why hello. Never met ya before.
Ah, more moot arguments. Perhaps I wasn't clear, let me clarify....I don't care about any of this. Mind you, I' not saying it to bash or demean, in fact it's quite the opposite. I might say I borderline admire all the hard work put in by both fan and publication (Though I'm sure to date there has been no offical publication Comic or otherwise to validate any of the points you brought up within the Movie genre continuity......not cartoon or toy......"Movie") to fill in all the questions left hanging in the air. My point is, one shouldn't have to. My beef is from a purley professional angle. There are films from guys who know better considering continuity and character direction and story (Speilberg with Jurassic Park and Private Ryan, Bay with The Rock and the first Trasformers, and those writers with Star Trek) and they mucked up. I'm pretty sure some of them even admitted to it. This film should be a self contained linear story which needs no "help" to clarify such as simple issue of why characters cant stay dead. And I'm not even talking about plot driven devices such as Megatrons rebirth (Which again also has continuity issues *radar argument*) but just addressing the random (Hey we're here again...surprise) note.

Pretty much, it's great so many people have put so much thought into how to fix this film let alone this one issue. It realy is, it's like a Bay Movie Thinktank or braintrust, which I enjoy. I've read alot of theories, lots, and ideals and plot disection and have even been apart of it to some degree which I enjoy...but it's us. Not the movie itself. We go the extra mile where the movie stopped short, and that should never be the case from people whom I expect more from in the biz. The moment I start making excuses for their mistakes, is the moment I tell them hey, forget about everything. Story, character development, all of it. Hell name every robot in this franchise Lazarus and have a feild day. Because again, even though many people have found away to fix something thats broken, that doesn't mean it's fixed. They need to do that, Bay and the new writers, for it to be valid. Simple as that, till then, well....it's still just remains theories and wishful ideals.

Which is vaild as well to this thread being, if we all are interested in characters dying for the sake of furthering story or setting mood ad other valid points, the real question would be will they stay dead. Which I think is more then valid. Anyways again my list remains the same, was nice meeting you though.

Josh

Well, If two transformers scanned the same vehicle, they'd most likely have the same robot mode. Besides, the movieverse isnt over. If they are infact the same characters from the first movie, maybe the future movies will explain it. But I think its just 2 robots scanning the same vehicle.

Its just like the "Sam going to 'robot heaven'" thing. First off, its called The Well of Allsparks, but he didnt phisically go there. Even if he did, they will probobly explain it in the sequals. Sam could possibly be a pretender (like Sari in TFA)But, again, it was just a vision, he didnt really 'go' there.

I think what Vallse is thinking, is called Canon. Lucasarts made a pretty good job with Star Wars in this, basically the highest level of Canon is what is in the movies and what the director says, nothing more - in this level, Boba Fett died in the sarlacc pit, or in TFs case, there was no Brawl but Devastator in the first movie, and there's no confirmation for a lot of things - hive minded Arcee, Devastator dying in the second movie (maybe only the main component was killed, who knows?) or where on Earth is Barricade...

All I want is a live-action remake/reboot of the original 86 movie... if you have Unicron then the story will at least be a little the same... but thats just one possibility. Bay needs to be careful and make things leaner and meaner cuase this is his last chance to redeem ROTF...

i think bay is bluffing --the dinobots will find some way into the next film -they're just too darn popular.

as for the deathlist --all listed can die except Prime. And i want Ironhide & BB to have cool deaths. Sideswipe better get some good screentime before he dies.

I do not trust Bay with the dinobots, he will find a way to screw them up.

Death/Dissappear List

1. Makayla (Megan Fox) not fond of her, character is bad and her face....ugh

2. The Twins: They were annoying, i can understand trying to introduce some humor but that was just aweful.

3. Megatron: I like the new Megatron Design but i want more Starscream so megtron has to go.
