Uh huh....suddenly it doesn't seem so terrible that someone simply says "I didn't like ROTF..." now does it?

It actually makes me want to see the Decepticons win, just so that they can squish the humans.

Yes, I do understand that for a Transformers movie to be popular, there has to be humans. I get that.

But... these humans are annoying.

To be fair, though, most of these new Transformers are annoying as well, so...

*sigh*

Of course...if it is like ROTF over again, I'd be one happy TF fan! Anyway,I thought they did good in ROTF, sure the mom was on drugs, but I thought that part was funny :-( Everything I like, other people hate.

I love the parents in the films, especially in the second film.

Can't wait.

Watch ROTF and fast forward the part with Mum and Dad, and the film is much better!

Of course they will be back. They can't just disappear. But I am sure they will have smaller roles. Because Michael Bay listens to what fans wants. I'm sure we won't see the twins back or they will have a role like Jar Jar Binks in Revenge of the Sith (just in the background).

They were both pretty funny in TF1 & 2. I won't hate on them. They took too much time with the jokes in TF2 -but it wasn't their fault that Bay decided to put in too many useless scenes. Would've worked better as deleted scenes. Anyway, I watched Ghostbusters 2 a month or 2 ago and I noticed Dunn. Good in his role. One more thing, i've been wondering about --in the G1 series, was a reason ever given about Spike's mom not being around?? Maybe there was, i was just too young to notice

I have a great life dude. Better then most of you real nerds. Oh and just to let you know, I hate G1 TransFormers. I only got into TF because of the newer stuff. And really, I love how so many people are really stupid on this site. They all say, "it's just a movie." Well if you don't know, you can make a damn fine living on making movies!...sigh...worst part about anything TransFormers, the fans.

OMG guy!!! Be careful what you say on this site. There' a lot of arrogant people who don't understand plots or storyline. As much as I like humans in a TransFormers moive, they don't need to be that involved. Since the TransFormers are human like already...emotions, they think, they look humanoid...etc.

Can't knock it until I see it. I don't consider the first or second movies the worst or the best of the action genre; they were solely for mindless entertainment. Also, characters never get on my bad side and this goes for everything in general. It is just entertainment and I consider it as such, although I'll make no judgements to those who think otherwise; to each their own. After all, it is just a movie. I suppose that makes me a "really stupid person on this site."

Good call/reminder... I, personally, often forget about that option.

Our friend blew his top there but he had a point, they were terrible in ROTF, my opinion of course. I expect a cameo for continuties sake and nothing more, or just kill the mum.... i think the dad COULD become an interesting role if it weren't always played for laughs and the guy had a script he could sink his teeth into.

I wouldn't mind humans in the movies if they actually pushed the plot, but too often the humans are there for dumb comedy relief. We could probably take 90% of Sam's parents contribution out of the movie and it wouldn't change a thing.

Same with Leo Spitz, same with Anthony Anderson's character, same with John Turturro. They do one or two useful things then spend the rest of the time mugging spastically for the camera. :-?

I liked them. They have done really well in the Transformers films. Much better then Shia or Megan. I justb hope all humans have very small parts, cause I wanna see Silverbolt, time travel, and Cybertron!

I actually agree, I could stand the dad, at least he wasn't annoying but the mom..UGH...

Oh well, hopefully TF3 will be so awesome it won't even matter...

I didnt think they where terrible, maybe in the first couple of minutes of their screen time, but I think they did good at the final battle where Sam had to go and save Optimus.

Meh....
This doesn't really sway things for me one way or the other.
The news about John Malcovich however gives me a faint glimmer of hope, honestly I would like to see John V back reprising his role....and why oh why hasn't Rachel Taylor been recast? I miss that little aussie, she was the hottest hacker since Angelina Jolie!
