This movie is lookin more and more to have Bludgeon in it than Unicron.
1. Robot supposed assinating Humans sounds something like Bludgeon would do he is an ninja assasin of sorts.
2. Ray Parks could also do his motion works and voice him
The whole movie to me now just screams Bludgeon but sense the movie is still in the early stages of devolopment anything can happen or change at a momemnts notice.
Then there is the possibilty of no Main Huge Villian such as Unicron or Bludegon going back to the way of TF 1 just focusing on the final battle between the 2 teams.
Also this movie is lookin more and more like the G1 Episode called Megatron's Master Plan.

This is going to probably sound mean but o well:
First, since no REAL information has been out yet, your whole "this movie is looking like the g1 episode Megatrons master plan" is a little far fetched. Second, it is "SINCE" not "SENSE".

I got this info from shots I seen online such as the Trash Can Lids with the Autobot symbol marked out.
Excuse me for miss spelling sense and since.
I heard about Transformers assisnating Humans rather or not this is true or not remains to be seen as this movie is still early on in devolopment.
I dont care what the film is about, which actors are in or out I just want a good solid film, good action, newer transformers with classic ones and one awesome final battle that will close out the trilogy.
I really dont care if or if not there will be a huge new villian in the flick such as The Fallen in Revenge, rather it be Bludgeon or Unicron makes no diffrence to me as long as it is done better than Revenge was.
Revenge promblem that it was focused to much on action way to much but I am not saying that is a bad thing but you also need story and depth as much as you need action.
Revenge's promblem is that it had a story to it but it wasnt brough out to its fullest potential and was overshadowed by all the action in the flick.
Look I am not dogging Revenge as I enjoyed the movie I am just saying 3 needs to step it up in the story department but keep the action in check.
As for how I would divide my teams this time have 10 or 12 on each side with 1 or 2 combiners and some new triplechangers such as Astro Train and Blitzwing.
One Huge new Autobot being Omega Supreme or bring Tidal Wave, Bay has said all along he wanted to use an Air Craft Carrier and make into a Transformers use Tidal Wave and bam you will have him.
I am ok with new characters in the film such as The Twins, Barricade & Wheelie but I also like my old school characters also I hope some will make it into 3.
Now that most of the Human Cast is together maybe now we can learn more on which Transformers will be in the movie.
Also I cant wait to see Optimus new Heroic Look.
Now it is time for Transformers Prime which I am looking foward to and also War for Cybertron for my 360.
Every Transformers show it based of what the subtitle of what that cartoon series is about let me show you what I mean.
Transformers G1- G1 cause it was the 1st one made
Beast Wars - About the Beast Wars and Transformers turing into Beast Forms sort of a prequel to G1.
Transformers Armada - Going Through Space and Giant Armadas of Space Ships and Transformers fighting against Unicron.
Transformers Energon - Mining Energon and rejuvenating Unicron.
Transformers Cybertron - Thus About Cybertron itself and Primus.
Transformers Animated - Is of course named cause of it Animated Style so Animated
Now we have Prime will it be about how Optimus becomes a Prime or will it be about the Dynasty of the Primes we will find out in Oct or Nov my guess around the 1st of Nov.
I say a teaser of sorts or maybe a 1st glance of one of the episodes of the show and an understanding of what and who will be in Prime will be revealed at Botcon. Remember Animated also Debuted at Botcon also so suspect the same from Animated.
Prime is looking better and better with Cullen & Welker back in also Starscream being his treacherous G1 self.
I am most curious about the story of Prime and how the overall look of Prime will be and which Transformers will be in Prime also will it be connected to either the movie-verse or the new game only time will tell.

rodimus, the words "Directed by Micheal bay" usually means no chance of toned down action. I still understood the story though... unlike some. i actually like Bayformers.

Finally, someone else who understood the story and isnt blinded by their own ingnorance and raging hate for Michael Bay, who has done nothing more than create multiple entertaining action movies.

I think trimming the lowbrow humor, the movie would been accepted as the first one was. RoTF did rather well on the action side of things, as the fights definitely improved from the fight. They didn't cut away to a human in the middle of a climax.
I think Bay's film definitely have a point, and are helping the franchise regardless if people are 100% on board with everything in them. I accept them as their own entities as the original stuff is still there if I wanna watch those. It's a different take on the series as it's what if Transformers happened in the real world, why series revolves around the human side of things not the robot side entirely. (like most Hollywood movies seem to do.) it helps cut the nerdcentric edges off to make it something people who aren't hardcore fans can enjoy.
Even if Bay's projects are written off in the future as a failure by fans, we're still better for them. Someone else might reboot or start another run later as Hasbro is going likely keep making movies for years to come. May be someone who's a true fan will helm the next project. Long as it continues remain profittable who knows what else we'll see. I mean we got Peter Cullen back, and War force Cybertron (and to a lesser degree animated as it fed off the movies a bit.) Soon Transformers Prime. These are all a direct result of the movies doing well. And for that i can't hate Michael Bay even if things like toss wrecking balls on devastator just didn't thrill me.

If ROTF would have left out Simmon's ass and Devistator's balls, just those 2 scenes alone would probobly have gotten ROTF pretty up there. The thing that pisses me off is that people complain about the plot, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it! Sure it was rushed, but in the real world do you expect everything to take 6 years to build up to 1 point that is rapidly happening as you speek? And TF1 was too slow, Id rather have a fast pased movie than a slow booring movie that drags on one point for 2 hours then at the least 5 minutes things pick up and nothing happens except for the main bad guy dies just to have him resurrected in the sequel.
I liked what they did by bringing Megatron back, but I honestly dont think they should have killed Megatron off in the first movie. It only makes his official death not matter at all, and leave a plot hole that all the critics would be bitching about. "Why didnt they just use the Allspark to revive him again?" Then I have to go to every last review of the movie and say "The Allspark was destroyed in the first frekn movie except for 2 pieces you f*k ball!" and that could save me alot of name calling and alot of stress. Im not mad about it, Im just sayin.

I believe they killed Megatron in the first movie in case they weren't making sequels.
On ROTF, I almost always agree with SlyTF1....it's got it's flaws, but I don't think I've ever seen a 100% perfect Movie anyways...
Have to admit though, even though Megatron came back, I HATED his new form, it was so bulky and blob like...and the face design wasn't that great9to me) as well....and the fact that he sucked while in movie one he was amazing...
I also find myself agreeing with LastJustice though, ROTF should've gotten rid of alot of the lame humor(Simmons' and Devastator's moments) BUT it had good fight scenes....
Anyhow, Bludgeon doesn't seem like he'd fit in an actual movie....I doubt he'll be in it...

I completely agree with this. They didn't know how it was going go over. If it ended they, they just went out with a big finish, and killed Megatron. (but again they had an easy enough out to revive him since his body was still intact. I mean seriously people would have melted him down in all likely hood to keep him from being rebuilt if we wanna complain about realism of how it was handled.) Why the bot-time was rather sparingly as they had a rather tight budget for such a huge project. The first film suffered from Hero show people a door syndrome.(they did that a couple times during battles, they'd show a door slam and flashing lights behind it.) You'd see a fight get going, then be left with blue balls, as you'd then be left seeing something mundane , or a robot in car mode to cut the cost.
The second time around they'd proven themselves a winner, and got more freedom. Unfortunately the writer strike happened, and weakened the script a bit. Had it not happened, I believe ROTF might ironed out things a bit more( may be made better use of the screen time.) and shut up most the people use the minor unwanted bad things as a mandate that the entire movie is FUBAR.
So with that in mid I believe they might actually fire on all cylinders this time around. Not saying going win Oscars, but will be overall a better film, on par with say Ironman's films for a comic/action film. I believe good thnigs can happen.

How about this, until we get some definitive hard core answers posts like this should be labeled "purely speculative".

Does anyone else think that if they motion capture Ray Park flippin around and stuff, it might look kind of silly to see a robot moving that way?
I keep seeing Darth Maul in my head, and trying to put Movie-style robots over that, it just doesn't seem like a good fit. Besides that, as speculative as all of this talk is, Bludgeon's a tank, and I dont really think something with the mass of a battle tank is going to be doing all of that acrobatic kind of movement. Yes, I know, but still, it just seems to be too unbelievable of a suspension of disbelief.

Look I just threw in Bludgeon as a possible contender for being a new Main Villain in case Unicron can not be done Bludgeon could be done in similar fashion to The Fallen.
But I am hoping that Bay & Company try and get the big guy in there but my money says no villians in TF 3 and just going back to the way TF 1 was just focusing on the teams and the final battle between them.
Also there will be fallout from Revenge were the Goverment kept there exsistence a sercet from the general public so expect some sort of fall out.
Also I suspect to see some big revalations in TF 3 and ultimately the transformers either remaining on Earth or going back to Cybertron.
Or it could be something to do with the Time Line and it would be like the transformers never came to Earth to begin with if they tapered with the Time Line.
I cant wait to see how this shapes out over the next few months I hope we will see a teaser trailer by the year's end maybe around Novemeber or December.
I for right now just wanna know which bots will be on the teams and how many, if they will be a main new viilan such as The Fallen or not and a basic glimpse of the movie's plot without it giving away to much of the movie.
I hope this new actress dosent repise the Mikaeala character but is instead a new one but I got a feeling Bay is going to pull a Mummy Move and just replace her with this new chick and keep on using Mikalea could be easier to do by saying Mikalea was killed in action by Deciptions.
