Shia and Megan talk Transformers @ Japan's press conference

reuters.com has posted a video report on the Transformers movie which talks a bit about the franchise and the upcoming film. The report features Shia Lebouf and Megan Fox talking about the film at Japanese press conference for the Transformers movie.

Thanks alot. I too think that Transformers will beat Spiderman 3 cos i thought it kinda sucked.

It'll make it. Spidey 3 was still a hit and it sucked.
TFs will be a hit because:
its familiar characters in their FIRST live action film
QUALITY CGI
A summer action blockbuster that is NOT a sequel/threequel/fourquel/dayquil?
not Star Wars
not Shrek
Hasbro is already on the road to 100% return profits (come on, one movie ticket at 10$ a pop plus 10 to 45$ per character of said film people spent the already established cash for a ticket to see. how can they not succeed)

Of course it will be a hit! Wish the bots weren't so insect looking, but still, I think this movie will kick butt! ( I hope...)

All we can hope is that this film does well, and that the bots adapt to look more human for the second. I expect that would happen anyway. I mean, it'd make more sense.

Agree with you there! Spidey 3 was bad. Shrek 3 was underwhelming. POTC 3 was good, but seemed to be lacking something. Bring on TF!
