Jolt and Arcee Bikes

First off, I am getting really excited about the third installment of Transformers since all of the filming pictures/videos have been posting. The new characters, Ferrari and Nascars, as well as OP's trailer seem to be really nice additions. But, I haven'e seen an image of Jolt or the Arcee bikes. And that kind of annoys me. Bay promises that this movie will be more about character depth and development, well let's start with the characters you already have. We know for a fact that nothing happened to Jolt in the desert battle so he should be ok. As far as the bikes go, yes Arcee and Elita-1 got hit but I highly doubt they died. And Chromia didn't even get hit. Now, I do not follow the movie comic so I may be missing information there.

Bay stated early in development that "the twins" wouldn't be in TF3. Everyone immediately thought Skids and Mudflap and then disregarded the news once photos appeared of them. But, maybe Bay was talking about the bikes. In ROTF, Duhamel directly calls them the Arcee twins. I hope Bay isn't giving them the off-screen boot.

And I know recently we have spotted a blue Mercedes on set, I hope that is Jolt, but if it is, he got quite the make-over.

My only hope is that they will show up later in filming. I know we have DC and a few other locations to go so I am not going overboard yet. Just getting tired of learning new second string characters each movie because Bay boots them after every film.

Once again, the line is:

"Arcee, Twins..." not "Arcee Twins..."

As in, the three Arcee bikes as one single being, and the twins Skids and Mudflap. Just to get that misunderstanding out of this world.

Anyway, I don't give such report much thought because decisions can change at the blink of an eye. Jolt was a perfect example as he was written out then written back in again; that explains his rather meager and unexplained appearances. I could understand the twins not appearing with their... "different" looks that sparked controversy, and those cars could be anybody.

Yeah, I understand that and I see you're point. Guess I need to watch ROTF again. I would just like to see the characters from the last film, Jolt and Arcee preferably, make it back into the third movie. Instead of getting no explanation, Barricade, or some there was a fight after the movie and they got killed BS.

Well, that's when you have to look into the comics and novels, which use earlier drafts as the base. For instance, we never see Scalpel aka Ze Doctor after that library fight in the movie, but the comics explicitly show him being killed by Prime.

Yeah, that is true. I read that Prime killed him but I never knew how or where. That's why I asked if maybe Jolt or the bikes met an unfortunate end. I know SW and the new human organization seem to be the focus of the movie comic.
