there should be more autobots in the movie. Do u guys think that the 5 Autobots can hold their own? Do u guys really think its fair about how many members are in both teams? Its 5 against 8. The Autobots are Ratchet, Ironhide, Jazz, Optimus Prime, and Bumblebee. The Decepticons are Barricade, Blackout, Bonecrusher, Brawl, Frenzy, Megatron, Scorponok, and Starscream. And don't forget the "minicons" the little bots on both sides.
Sorry about asking so many questions, I just want to clarify some things.

For what it's worth, 5 autobots could beat up 10 decepticons in my book...

The autobots have the military and stuff on their side. Decepticons are on their own.

It makes for a better story if the good guys are outnumbered. More dramatic that way.

just speaking from a movie standpoint i think less is more. that way the characters can each shine and have their own personalities come out. just take the first two spider-man movies. only one villain in each and they were great. the third was overkill and it sucked.

It wouldn't be much of a movie if it were the other way around. As it was stated before, makes for better dramatic licence.
Go watch 300 and you'll see what I mean.

Keep in mind, when I read the script, it was from around February 2006/07, and I only read the first few scenes and the last few scenes.
