Awhile back I gave you all my theory on the Key to Vector Sigma might be in DOTM. If you look at the movies and what they use and what we know of DOTM so far the Key seems to be a logical choice for DOTM.

But this Key wont be like the one in Generation 1 such as the Matrix in ROTF was diffrent from the Matrix in Generation 1 so to will the Key be also.

I dont know how the key will be played into the movie but it could be used to make Cybertron Habitable again or it could be used to activate an ancient cybertronian artifact hidden on the Moon or on Earth they are 2 sides to the Key if they Decipticons get it they can destroy and enslave everything but if the Autobots get it they can rebuild Cybertron.

ROTF - The Matrix, The Primes & Sun Harvester
DOTM - Key to Vector Sigma, The Moon & Shockwave

Also look at Megatron

Transformers - Cybertronian Jet
ROTF - Scorpion Tank & Modified Cybertronian Jet
DOTM - Mad Max Fuel Tanker & Possible Jet

I say the Key to Vector Sigma is a good bet for the plot in DOTM and Sam plays a part with the Key similar towards how he was with the Cube Silver so maybe the Key will find Sam also.

I can wait to see Sam in action with the Glove I am having Nintendo Power Glove Flashbcks.(Yes I use to own one)

And it's highly doubtful the Key will be in the movieverse. Especially for the reason your so-called theory suggests. In the movieverse, Cybertron is destroyed. Dead and gone. Nothing will bring it back.

In RoTF the Matrix was just a rushed and botched plot-point. Now that there is a new writer who seems to know what he's doing, even if he decides to incorporate the Key, in my opinion he would do like it was in G1. If there's a Key, then there will be an Alpha Trion most likely.

But theories and guesses is all we have until next July or until someone hacks Bay's computers.

I was under the impression that a substantial amount of Energon could save it, such as the All Spark? It's just the Decepticons are using evil methods to achieve that while the Autobots realize they cannot sacrifice others in order to save Cybertron.

I assume that this movie will end with the Autobots discovering a way to both save Cybertron and not harm anyone else, ending the trilogy.

Hmmm, you may be right. I was remembering Prime's speech at the end of the 1st film when i posted that, but the speech was AFTER the Allspark was destroyed. (Most of it, anyway.) I need to go back and watch the 1st film again...

Hopefully it will have a definite ending. IF there's to be a reboot after a while, I doubt this storyiline will be needed anyway.

If you remember the Key from Generation 1 it created the Stunticons and also the Aerialbots. Also it had drastic changes on the Earth changing Organic into Metal.

I was thinking this Key could be similar but diffrent such as the Matrix was diffrent both in the way it looks and also the way it was used.

The Key can be similar towards the Allspark were it could be used to revitilize Cybetron in some way.

Is Megatron really the tanker truck?

I've said it in another topic, but...
We have no evidence, that Cybertron is destroyed. It was said to have been consumed by death and ravaged by the civil-war. It might just be very damaged and low on life.

It is possible, but not confirmed. He could again be all CGI. For some reason people assume that all the characters in the movie are present in the real-life vehicles during the filming. There are more than those, trust me.

Look i said Theory key word being THEORY means not set in stone and I said might be right but not proven yet.

Like I had the theory on Prime saying it was Q4th then would return in 2011 that was another theory of mine but I had no proof key Word - THEORY>>>

Just like my Key to Vector Prime Theory I have given my track record of predictons and my theories I have it is a good possibility but it could also be proven wrong until we see more new trailers and additional info is revealed.

I am an excited fan and original G1 fan who loves the movies and the new Prime series one of the few who actually liked it all besides Beast Machines I have my own reasons for that one.

RID was sucky at 1st then it really grew on me now I would love to own it if was on DVD I would buy it right now sadly it has never seen a release outside the UK.

Look I am not always right and no one is perfect I said Megatron could be the Tanker cause the Dreads were gaurding him in formation seems like something Megatron would have.

The Key is also my theory based on things I know of Transformers and the way the movies seem to be headed in and I make theories that fit in with that movie and try to make it fit and make sense for that movie.
